Keller Williams

They are incessant about getting listings. I’ve gotten no less than 6 unsolicited marketing calls on my cell phone, and have asked each to remove me from their list. In other words, LEAVE ME ALONE! They don’t. What do they have to loose, I guess. If you aren’t a customer now, what’s the downside of irritating you?
I would never engage them for anything.

We had our home on the market for about a month with a different real estate agency. Then we decided not to move and pulled the house off the market. As soon as the listing was pulled, we were deluged with solicitation calls from Keller Williams agents. Deluged. Like 10+ calls a day. We are on every Do Not Call and no-​solicitation list there is, including the state and federal lists, and we have never done business with Keller Williams, so this is totally illegal. I hung up on one woman from Keller Williams and she called right back FOUR TIMES, each time being hung up on. I would NEVER do business with this company.

Lizz Grimes is outstanding! Her expertise in selling and buying, compassion and true honesty are what every buyer/​seller would want in someone helping with house transactions. We began «just looking» for a new place to call home with no intention of being in a hurry. She listened to what our needs and wants were and sent us listings to look at. So it began! The 1^st place we saw was perfect… we wanted it! We put in an offer and the seller in this HOT market accepted with a very demanding contingency that «our condo must be under contract within 20 days» or he was going to move on to the next and we’d lose it. Lizz and her team went into action! She had movers come in the next day to move excess stuff to storage, stage our place & put on the market that night. We had 4 showings with offers on the table. Quick is an understatement! The deal proceeded and a sticky situation happened with the inspection of the home we wanted so much. After counseling us and giving her honest expertise, we backed out of the deal and on to the next. We found a new a home that was an even better fit for us shortly after and were back on track. With the industry experts on her side, she was able to sell our home, help us buy a new home, close and move into the new place within a month and a half. Her integrity and experience cannot me matched. If you are looking for someone to be on YOUR side, Lizz is the one for you! This is a very competitive field to be in and we couldn’t be happier that she was there for us!!!

We tried to sell our hous on our own. So we listed our House on craiglist clearly noted «no realtors» but that did not stoped KW Reltor Jennifer Seth.
While KW web page describes her as «Lord loving, hard working,…”(
) our experience with her was so unpleasant. Beside being pushy to come and help us sell the house she was extremely rude. We contacted their home quarter then district MGR and forward all her harnessing emails. 7 days later we finally contact them again when we were told «she was spoken to and told to not contact us again» Way they handle the case and outcome we believe that they actually didn’t do anything.
Clearly Keller Williams cares only for their profit not for the quality!
We planed to use their agency if we do not succide selling our house by our selfs but NOT now!
We going back to 21^st Century where we were treated with respect.

Phillip Smith is an agent new to Keller Williams that I highly recommend working with. Phillip (when he was at Greenlight Locating) helped my husband and I find our apartment when we were about to move to Austin four months ago. Phillip went out of his way to make sure we found what we were looking for in the short amount of time (two days) we had to look. He listened to all of our concerns and helped us find the best matches for location and floor plan in our price range.
We were visiting Austin for the first time at the end of March and really wanted to be able to LOOK at the place in person before renting it (as we were moving to Austin from the Bay Area). We went straight to Phillip’s office from the airport and he drove us around to prospective apartments — during rush hour mind you — and was very friendly and helpful. The next day he took us to five or six more places and we found the place we now live in (and love!) at a good price. He worked with the property management company to help us get the lease signed and kept in close contact with us if we had any questions. I’m sure that Phillip will do amazing job for anyone looking to buy a home (he handled that at Greenlight as well) and when we finally are able to, we will not hesistate to give him a call. Thanks Phillip!

I had a Keller Williams agent as my buyer’s agent. I was disappointed in the way this realtor worked for me. He had no attention to detail, did not truly work for me, and his oversight allowed me to not receive the home with all advertised inclusions. When we were looking at homes, he never went in with a critical eye. He was always positive about everything. I hired someone to help me judge, not take the quickest path to a commission. The sellers were in a hurry to have me sign the contract (even though they wanted me to rent the house back to them as long as they wanted until their new house was ready), and Rob seemed to be in a hurry also. Twice he brought documents to me for signature after 9:00PM. When I asked if I could review them overnight, he said that he wanted to deliver them to the sellers’ realtor that night. This is definitely not in my best interest.
I agree that this is funny, in a way, because it’s fairly typical behavior from those in the realty profession. Rob Lane, you learned your lesson well.
