Rachel has been in practice since 2006 and as a criminal defense attorney, has represented clients in DWI, Assault (including Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Assault Family Violence, and Misdemeanor Assault), Drug and Marijuana Possession cases, Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Burglary of a Motor Vehicle, and many others. Rachel is straightforward, experienced and understanding. She will help guide you through the process. Rachel is a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation, a member of the Austin Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, Williamson County Criminal Defense Lawyers Assiciation, Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and an active member of the Junior League of Austin.

Ms. Rogers received her Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law in May 2006, and has traveled extensively studying law around the world. She completed an International Comparative Law Course of Study in both Austria and Spain. Ms. Rogers is active in the community and a member of the Junior League of Austin, Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, Austin Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and was on the Board of Directors for the Crime Prevention Institute in 2010. In October 2013, Ms. Rogers was a Panelist at her Alma Mater speaking about practicing as a female litigator in Austin. In May 2014, Ms. Rogers spoke to the children at Blanton Elementary on Career Day. During law school, Ms. Rogers was a Student Attorney at St. Mary’s University Immigration and Human Rights Clinic as early as her second year. She received the Dean’s Leadership Award in 2005 and 2006, the Catholic Charities Award in 2005 and the Pro Bono Achievement Award in 2006.
