We used Limos of Austin to help celebrate our daughters 16^th birthday. The driver Jim was early for every stage of the night’s events. To include a tour of downtown with multiple stops so the 12 girls good get out to take pictures.

When my disco ball death ray becomes commercially viable and I become a billionaire I’m going to use Limos of Austin to drive me everywhere.
We planned a trip to Johnson City to see the Christmas lights and took ten of our closest friends with us. I called Limos of Austin to set it up and Brad and Alan were ready for anything I could throw at them. We needed seating for 14. No probs, the stretch Hummer seats that many easily. We had several pickup points, one in North Austin, one almost to Dripping Springs. No problem, can do. We needed a driver who was familiar with Johnson City. No problem at all. And it couldn’t be crazy expensive. How much? OK then. It’s on.
Our driver, Mark, showed up right on time in a clean & shiny hummer, took everybody onboard, took a moment to show us where the music hook up was for both CDs and IPod/​MP3 players, showed us where the glasses were and how to store the stuff we’d brought, then we got the party started as we glided effortlessly down 290 to the varied music of Dean Martin, Nat King Cole and Jimmy Jules & Nuclear Soul System.
Some may argue that taking in the small town charm and old fashioned light displays of Johnson City in a huge Gangsta pimp whip seems contrary to the season. I say nay, naughty elves. Any chance you have to see the Johnson City lights, take it. And doing it in the comfort of a comfortable, stylish limo driven by a professional, in the company of good friends, that makes it perfect.
At the end of the evening Mark dropped everyone off safe & sound. It couldn’t have been any better if the hummer was pulled by eight tiny reindeer. The ordering process is simple and straightforward with no hidden fees. The rates are reasonable indeed for what you get, and everyone involved was courteous, friendly and professional. Limos of Austin will be my go to choice for any limo needs in the future!

We used Limo’s of Austin for my daughter’s 10^th bday party. The driver was very prompt, professional, and endured the entire experience with a smile on his face (which I am sure to be a challenge with 12 little girls singing out to Taylor Swift for the entire ride there and back lol.) It was a stellar experience for everyone involved and worth every penny. I would definitely recommend this company, and will keep them in mind for future events.

I used Limos of Austin for my senior prom this year and the service was exceptional! I called multiple times before booking to ask questions and was always given such great help. When I did book I reserved the six-​person limo for our small group of four. The limo was great! The interior was clean, our driver was twenty minutes early, and left me a voicemail telling me she was outside ready for us. The whole night our driver was exceptional and was able to accomodate our stops along the way no problem! I highly recommend using this service, we had a perfect night with them!

Recently spent a Saturday with Limos of Austin taking a group around Austin for a craft brewery tour and then out for dinner to celebrate my husband’s 40^th birthday. We rented the 17 person bus for a larger group of friends. The bus was clean, always on time, and the driver was very professional. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or rent from them again. These guys won’t let you down.

Celebrating my friends bachelorette party today and we had Val who didn’t know where he was going and was very sassy. Would never use this service again.

Booked a last-​minute car service through limos of Austin for my dad’s surprise 80^th. Talked to the owner (Brad? I think) on the phone — I live in VA and was getting on a plane to TX that night to surprise my Dad. Limos of Austin made it happen. Great price. Great service. Our driver was John — he showed up 10 minutes early and texted to let us know he was in the driveway. We had complimentary water bottles. Requested a Suburban for a party of 4 from Driftwood to Eddie V’s and back again and the car was immaculate. Our driver was friendly, professional, and prompt. I have nothing but good things to say and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

I have been meaning to write this for some time now, as I have used them on several occasions (I keep going back for a reason:) The team at Limos of Austin are true professionals that strive to make their clients happy. I have used them for service downtown for a special event, to & from the airport multiple times, and every time I have had excellent service from booking to the drivers. They have been flexible for me, have helped me at the last minute when needed & are totally reliable. Can’t say enough good things about this LOCAL business. Keep your business local & support these guys that will bend over backwards to make you happy.

We wanted to rent a limo for a special trip to a winery in Burnett. This was a surprise for my wife’s birthday and everything went well.
The limo arrived on time. The interior and exterior were immaculate and even smelled clean.
Our driver was dressed like a professional and was very personable without being intrusive.
We had a great time and even our three young’uns had a blast.
This is a good company that tries to please their customers and in our case they succeeded.

Limos of Austin is AMAZING! They hit on everything imperative to making a night on the town special… Customer service + Timeliness + Value. I had a last minute request to assist with my parents anniversary dinner and had to plan from a distance. I worked with the Limos of Austin team to get a hand written card from all of us kids and a bottle of champagne waiting for them upon surprising them at their house and to this day they don’t know how we pulled it off… MUCH to the credit of Limos of Austin.
My parents said it was one of the BEST anniversaries they have ever had and will definitely be using Limos of Austin for all of our special occasions moving forward.
Lastly, you cannot overlook the value you get from this company. I had called several other services and by far, this was the best value for the services received. 100% recommend this company!

I used Limos of Austin this weekend for my fiancé bachelorette party, and was extremely please with their level of professionalism. I had to make some changes to the reservation on the fly and they were able to accommodate with no issue. The girls said the limo was beautiful and their driver was great. I would definitely recommend their services for anyone looking for a great limo service at a great price!

I made a last minute decision to rent a limo for my birthday. BEST IDEA EVER! I did some Unilocal research and found out about Limos of Austin. I don’t recommend a last minute reservation like mine, it just happens that my birthday appears to be during off season so it worked out.
Brad was very helpful on the phone, and I was always able to contact him if any of the plans changed before our driver picked us up (pick up location, pick up and drop off time etc). They were very accommodating! Again please keep in mind this is most likely not peak limo season which may have helped with them being able to accommodate our changes in plans, but i have no doubt that even on their busiest night they would try to be as helpful as possible.
We had the hummer stretch limo for 3 hours, Jonathan was our driver. He was great! He showed up a few minutes early, showed us how everything worked (music system etc), and told me to just let him know if we needed anything. We drove around for a nice long while, just enjoying the ride. Nobody wanted to get off! We considered just staying in the limo for the full 3 hours. Jonathan had no problem driving us anywhere. We picked up friends at sporadic moments, got dropped off whenever we wanted, and had plenty of time to cruise to enjoy the ride.
The pictures on their website do not lie, the black stretch hummer we got was exactly as pictured. It was awesome, and looked better than many of the other pictures of other companies that I saw online.
One piece of advice: I almost rented a one way trip since it was cheaper, but it is soooo much more worth it to rent for a few hours. We did not went to get off that thing once we were on it!
Will definitely be booking with Limos of Austin in the future.

I used Limos of Austin for my Birthday to go downtown with several of my close friends. The brothers David and Brad Hart who own LoA make a great team. When I called, I got Brad, who was very sweet and answered all of my questions and concerns. When I booked the reservation, I got his brother David who gave me several options as far as payment goes.
The driver was prompt, called me before he got there and was available to us all night. I definitely felt safe with him (John), which was important to me because it was all girl group.
LoA is convenient because it’s not point-​to-​point charge, you pay for your hours and go wherever. My friend realized she forgot her ID on the way to 6^th street, and we had the limo driver take her back to her place to get it. When some of my friends needed to leave downtown early, he brought them back to their place, and then came back for the rest of us when we were ready to go.
The limo that we got was pristine, the driver was really nice and professional, and the rates are incredibly competitive and more than reasonable. It was the perfect thing for my birthday, so that all of my friends and I could drink and not worry about a DD.
Definitely take Limos of Austin if you need to rent a limo :).

My girlfriends and I went on a 5 hour wine tour to the Driftwood wineries this past Saturday. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The booking process with Brad was smooth and they even confirmed the day before. The limo was on time, clean and the driver, Paul, was really nice. Honestly, I haven’t rented a limo since prom so I was really surprised it was so affordable and definitely the way to go for a wine tour! We will be booking again soon to go to the Spicewood wineries!

Limos of Austin was awesome! Fabulous, courteous service. You deal with the owners who go above and beyond. They entertained a bus load of Lake Travis prom kids who all had a wonderful safe time. Thank you again!

I have a friend who used to drive a limo in Austin and asked his advice on picking a limo service. Although I can’t repeat everything he said, he did say to watch out for the bait and switch tactics for which some companies are guilty. That was concern number one.
Not being the best of planners, I was nervous to find out that even a month ahead of time may be cutting it short when reserving a limo. Here was my second concern; that my first concern wouldn’t even matter because everyone in town would suddenly have had a limo reserved for the day I needed one and not even the rusty, no A/​C, torn interior, twice-​totaled Town Car would be available.
So, on Sunday morning, three weeks before my daughter’s quinceneara (15^th birthday party/​debutant ball/​coming of age bash/​this thing is bigger than any wedding ordeal) I called Limos of Austin (primarily based on Unilocal reviews) and was pleasantly surprised to have the owner, David, talk me off the ledge, so to speak.
Although I couldn’t find a pink Hummer, the second color choice of black was available and true to David’s word, it was the one pictured on their website and no switcheroo or tomfoolery was to be had.
Rafael was our driver and was punctual, accommodating, and took great care (or should I say put up with) 10 teenage boys and girls.
Everything turned out great and the following day when I asked my daughter what her favorite part of the whole day was, she didn’t hesitate; the limo! I was hoping it was the father-​daughter dance, well at least that’s how I’ll remember it.

First things first: I’m not an employee, family member, nor friend of anyone associated with Limos of Austin. I say that because this review is going sound like it.
I plan the holiday event for our small business each year, and for the past four years have been renting limos – so I’ve had a few shots at Austin limo companies. Limos of Austin is hands down the best I’ve dealt with.
From start to finish, every interaction I had with them was professional, courteous, and accommodating. The cars were clean and ran well (believe me, this is a common issue), and the drivers were on time, very responsive, and friendly.
From the looks of other reviews as well as my experience, this company is doing something right — an easy recommendation.

We had Limos of Austin take us to the airport and back home from the airport. Our driver showed up promptly early in the morning and greeted us professionally. We had a smooth drive and was the first town car we have been in where the windows were darkly tinted. It was also the first time I used a driver in my home town and I guess since it gets so hot here the tint helps keep the car cooler. The car was very clean and comfortable.
When we returned the same driver greeted us at the airport and offered us water. He was very nice and the next time we need a drive I will use Limos of Austin.
