Live Oak Barbecue has ‘The Saturday Special’ every Saturday around 2pm, where Pit Boss Tom smokes up something that’s not on the regular menu. Past specials have included a Whole Pig, Cabrito, Lamb, Rabbit, Thick-cut Pork Chops, Frito Pie, Cornish Game Hens, Tri-Tip, Chicken Wings, Barbacoa, Pork Belly, Duck Tamales, etc.
