Lizze Belle Event Planning

Aimee Villa with Lizze Belle events was my day-​of coordinator in April 2011. I really liked her personality and approach and that’s why I chose her. She had a great rapport with everyone and did a nice job coordinating all the wedding-​day craziness. We had tons of different décor going up and her and her assistant pulled it all off with style. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great coordinator in Austin!

Another 5 star review for Aimee from Lizze Belle! We got married at the Four Seasons just a couple weeks ago, and this is one of the first reviews I was anxious to write when we got back from our honeymoon. My mom was the one who insisted on having a coordinator for the last few weeks before the big day, and I thought it was something silly and unnecessary.
Boy was I wrong! It was SO great having Aimee to call on — from having her pick things up, drop things off, help with scheduling, contact vendors, deal with mishaps, Aimee was there whenever we needed her. She was always calm, cool, and collected — never made me feel anxious or worried, was always on my side when it came to dealing with vendors, and truly knew exactly what she was doing. Our wedding was pretty much perfect, and I really do not think it would have been that way without her and her assistant. Plus, she contributed significantly to my peace of mind for the entire month before the wedding. I would recommend Lizze Belle without hesitation!

I cannot say enough good things about Aimee! She filled every need and exceeded our expections, all the time remaining completely calm and laid back. We threw a ton of extra «details» her way at the last minute and she just rolled with it and executed everything perfectly. I don’t know what we would have done without her! She is incredibly organized and puts even the most stressed bride at ease.

Aimee is an absolute SAINT! Of the many decisions made during the wedding planning process, Aimee with Lizze Belle was our best one! I really don’t know how to convey in words how fortunate I feel to have her help! I have been in about 15 weddings and been to many more, but none of them were in Austin so it was really helpful to have her insight and advice.
In the early planning stage, she assisted us with vendor referrals, set up appointments, advised on sale days with rentals. (side note: I didn’t even know what a chivari chair was until she notified me of the sale.)
When it got closer to the wedding, Aimee was my saving grace. The month of my wedding, I changed jobs, traveled for work, had a death in the family, and needed to fix up my house in anticipation of a move. I was literally pulled in every direction, but Aimee was organized and kept everything on track. She called vendors a week out to confirm plans and was on top of all the last details.
AND then, even with the most scrupulous planning, things don’t always go as planned on the wedding day. In our case, we had a few major issues (ie. not enough power for the band to play, shuttle buses leaving and refusing to come back, etc.). However I was oblivious to all of the issues because Aimee took care of everything. I had the best time that night!

Aimee is a wonderful wedding planner, and we met with quite a few before finding a great fit with her! She was very professional, and super available for all of our wedding needs. It didn’t matter how small the item was, Aimee gave it her full attention. She even came out on a Sunday to a few venues so that she could meet my parents! She handled everything the day of the wedding with such finesse and ease, it was amazing, and totally kept me form worrying about anything except getting down the aisle and saying those vows. Even after the wedding she continues to help. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would, she definitely earned them. =)

Aimee is a goddess. I felt comfortable planning my wedding, but needed someone to help out the day of, to make sure everyone and everything was in place. She came to my house and picked everything up the weekend before. Called all my vendors a few days out to make sure everyone knew where they needed to be and at what time.
We only met once right after I got engaged and I knew she was the gal for me. After a short conversation I felt very comfortable that she knew exactly what I was looking for. She gave me all kinds of great tips and recommendations.
Because of the venue I got married at, there was no dressing area for me to hide in, so I didn’t arrive at the wedding until it was time to walk down the aisle. I hadn’t seen the venue decorated until then. I could not stop looking around. She made my wedding more beautiful than I imagined it would. If she was stressed out, it didn’t show. Every time she talked to me she was as cool as a cucumber.
I can’t sing her praises enough!

So part of my recurrent existence involves a good deal of event planning, and in my estimation, things can get pretty complicated pretty fast. Such was the situation when I recently worked with Aimee: she fills a pretty special (yet distinctly high-​pressure) niche among event planners, handling lots of weddings and other personally important events, and that tends to ratchet up the pressure on any of us quite a bit. When all’s said and done, however, she totally came through in the clutch for us.
From where I stood, the most unexpected thing that happened during our event was the advent of some windy weather, and not much any of us who aren’t conjuring Mister Freezemeister can do about that. Other than that bit of minor juggling, Aimee and her assistant deftly handled all before them so all the rest of us had to do was kick back and get silly. Something we each tend to know a little about.

My daughter recently got married in Austin, and we hired Aimee to take care of everything the day of the wedding. She was absolutely fantastic! We never worried about a thing, and she took care of all details, from dealing with all the vendors to making sure the wedding party was in place for pictures. Everything flowed so smoothly during the wedding and reception that we hardly realized it was OUR wedding and felt like guests who didn’t have a worry in the world. When the cold front moved in and the gusty winds approached during the reception, she immediately went into action and saved the day. I can’t say enough good things about how she allowed us to enjoy our daughter’s special day and worked from morning til night to make everything perfect. Thanks so much, Aimee!
