Scheduled a car pick up several days in advance and was given a three hour time window to wait. Took time off work since they only pick up during the work day. No one ever showed up, and calling them just yielded a request to reschedule since they don’t pick up after 4. Not worth your time if you’re trying to sell your vehicle to them.

If you need a part, you can go online and see if they have a car like yours. You can also see when it came in because the vultures will strip it fast. All the cars are raised off the ground, so you can get parts under the car too. Prices are extremely low, so come get that part you are looking for for your car. I got a brake proportioning valve for my Saturn ion that no one manufacturers anymore for 15.00, when they used to sell for $ 45 online. Bring your own tools and bring more than you need, and bring bottled water because you can’t bring your car inside, and you may have to walk a couple hundred yards.

First impression was great with having tons of parts available with amazing prices. Since you have to find the part yourself, and they don’t catalog parts, I had no idea the rim I got wasn’t the right one. I also purchased a tire from them that was defective it turned out. Tried to return the items 4 days later WITH a receipt and they told me they couldn’t accept them because they weren’t marked. They NEVER said anything about having to have the items marked to be returned and it was so busy that day, the sign they put up was not able to be seen due to how busy it was. I couldn’t do anything with the rim or tire so they were left at the salvage yard. The fact there was my receipt and was willing to give them the product should have clarified. They made the mistake and refused to do anything about it. So in the end they got my money and their product back. Will never recommend this place to anyone. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the staff was so nice on the first visit.
