L’Oca D’Oro makes everything in house from Pasta and Cheese to Butter and Vinegar. We pop up in other people’s restaurants and at your friend’s houses. If there’s a kitchen that’s not being used, we may show up there.
By next summer, we will be containing this madness under one roof. News of our restaurant and the next location where we’ll be popping up on our website, FB and Insta pages.

History
Established in 2013.
L’Oca D’Oro started the Dinners to Rock to Series at Franklin BBQ in Feb. 2013. After 20 outlandish dinners (i.e. Fried Uni Dumplings with Seaweed Kimchi) inspired by artists from Radiohead to Nina Simone, we have come back to Earth, or atleast Italy. Our pop-ups and house parties now feature menus that we will be preparing at our restaurant next year (i.e. Ricotta Gnocchi with Celery Broth and Celery Tempura).
Meet the Business Owner
Fiore T.
Business Owner
Fiore is an affable fellow who makes beautiful food inspired by his love of Italy filtered through a typically unorthodox Italian-American upbringing in upstate New York. He toured the world as a drummer has worked with open flames making some of the country’s best pizza (Roberta’s) and brisket (Franklin BBQ). He loves feeding people and generally makes those around him feel good about themselves.
