I chatted with a representative on line. She said she would forward this and have someone call me. I didn’t expect a call right away. 10 days went by and still no call from them. I called them and asked why they haven’t contacted me back. I leave my contact number and e mail address twice already. Within minutes of hanging up I got a call. She said that the form doesn’t handle my type of issue but she would ask Mr Loewy or recommend a lawyer that woulda and call me back. It’s been a week now I have not received a call as promised. I guess because my injury wasn’t enough money for them to receive? (just speculating) to top this off I let them know that I was recommended by a friend of Mr Loewys. And that didn’t get me no where.

I called The Loewy Law firm on the advice of a friend after being injured by another party. Prior to calling them, I had spoken with a several other firms, large and small, and although all of them told me I had a good case and they’d like to represent me, no one I had talked to, up until that point, stood out as the right fit for me.
When I first called, I spoke with Jenna Brooks, Adam Loewy’s paralegal, who took the details of my case and scheduled an appointment for me to come in for a consultation. I was immediately impressed that while she was there taking notes, Adam Loewy was there listening and talking about what my case looked like from a legal standpoint. I wasn’t passed off to a low level underling like what other firms had tried to do, I was dealing directly with the guy whose name is on the letterhead.
