It’s a shame, I really liked LSS and I thought they were a good company to deal with.
After the hail storms back in March, I bought a new spa cover from them and I haven’t been able to use my spa since due to issues with the cover. All they’ve done is refer me to the manufacturer of the cover and I can’t even get a call back from them. Very disappointed in Mitchell and his crew.
