The customer service is by far the best I have ever received in ANY LV store! They go above and beyond what I ever expected! Thank you for the fabulous service! I don’t understand Judy S comments because I don’t dress up when I shop. I’m usually in shorts and a T shirt, nothing fancy, in fact usually I end up coming in after a workout so Judy please try again, they really are pretty great!

If you want a shocking experience with where it looks from this store employees. Well I recommend you going there. Seems like every time I walk in I get weird looks and nobody is there to assist me I tend to notice other people getting helped as soon as they walk through the door with me and with other people I’m noticing the employees are very very rude. I ordered a bag and it was shipped to my house when received I felt very very hurt my bag was thrown in a dust bag and a terrible box, not a box like the bags are supposed to be placed in, keep in mind I purchased several bags from Louis Vuitton. So I know a thing about good packaging. I went there to explain my side of the story, and the manager was not sympathetic whatsoever I was in the fault not the cells associate Peru. I advised to not look for her help, I would recommend Sean Michael. I also recommend going three hours away driving to Houston Texas to go to the store there in the galleria much much better with respect employees over there you get treated with respect in Houston Louis store.

I was treated like royalty here! Tomas was my sales associate and he knocked it out of the park! It was my friend and my first time at LV. I had been dreaming of the Speedy 30 for over 10 years! We were greeted with champagne and Tomas pulled out literally dozens of different bags. Although it got quite busy (it was a Friday night), we were still the center of Tomas’ attention. I felt bad because after 2 hours we ended up going with our first choices but Tomas kept telling us not to apologize! I will definitely be back for the matching wallet!

Great Service and friendly! It was a completely different experience in the Houston Galleria. I did not feel snubbed nor was I rushed out the door.

Such an always experience even on days of visit when not purchasing. Have bought many women’s and men’s collections here and never had any problems when I need to return or exchange. Sunny and her fellow team members are always bubbly and go out of Thier way to assist us. Always break my piggy bank when I walk out, but hey… can’t complain about service and quality.

… So, I’ll admit that I almost didn’t go to this location because the Unilocal reviews were so brutal. I’m here all week for Spring Break vacation, and I have my 4-​year-​old daughter with me. Reading about how pretentious and snooty the SAs were had me sweating bullets.
I’m so glad I decided to ignore the reviews and just go!
The SAs were WONDERFUL! Very sweet, patient and helpful. I was assisted by Mr. Irakli Chachua and he made the experience so much fun! There were three SAs working and all of them were so sweet to my «wants to touch everything» 4-​year-​old. Her sweet little hands were on the glass display cases, on the purses, on the charms… Not one of them acted like they noticed or cared one bit. Mr. Chachua must have pulled down 8 or 9 purses for me to see until I found the perfect one. Then, he patiently helped me with wallets.
I would definitely recommend this store!

I visited this store last Saturday with the intent of purchasing a neverfull LV bag. However, after standing around in the store for almost 30 minutes with not one sales associate making eye contact or acknowledging my and my fiancé’ presence, I left. I wasn’t dressed to the nines so I can only assume that they automatically assumed I was not in there to purchase.
I walked to Neiman Marcus next door with the intent of purchasing the bag from them. Sadly, while they waited on me immediately and were extremely nice, that Neiman Marcus location does not sell Louis Vuitton bags given the close proximity of the LV store. (They suggested I go to the actual store, to which I responded that I had been there and could not get waited on.) they seemed truly sorry that the LV store had been so rude.
Maybe I’ll reconsider purchasing their product anyway. I could try to find another store in another city but this experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth. What a snobby operation!

Yay! Austin has a high-​end luxury purse store finally! So exciting. This location is great too, it’s located at the end near Neimans so there is less crowds over here and a higher chance of getting up front parking and if not there are spots in the garage near by.
The service here is great! I feel like everyone is friendly and always willing to help. This store is not a judgey story where they just stare at you and don’t help you. Someone always comes up to ask you what they can do for you. They have a great selection of travel and sunglasses. Of course the purses are great too, and a good selection. It’s smaller than most big city LV, but it is Austin, so we are glad to have one, regardless of size.
Rocio Delgado, is the best! She’s super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She will grab you whichever bag you want to see and show you all the matching accessories, the different sizes. She doesn’t pressure you to buy anything. She totally remembers you too when you come back! They have the hot stamp machine here and will get your items stamped typically within the day.
Love this store!

I’m disappointed. I was so excited to buy my first LV in April of this year. I bought Totally MM, for over $ 1400. I am, however dissatisfied with the bag. What I do not like is when I put anything in the premade pockets in the inside, it pulls on the top and dents in the zipper. It looks terrible. Every time I carry the bag around I’m frustrated with how bad it looks. I thought the feeling may go away with time, or that it would wear in differently. I kept telling myself to be patient, it will get better.
But it didn’t get better. I feel when buying a luxury good, I should love it. It should make me feel good. And this bag just irritates me. It’s not as if I put too much in the pockets. There are the two pockets on the inside, one of them contains my business cards, the other one contains some pens and Chapstick’s. Nothing heavy enough to weight down the bag.
I debated on whether or not to contact LV because maybe I just picked a bad bag. But then I thought, there shouldn’t be a bad bag from LV! If a bag was poorly designed from the top bag maker in the world, they should know.
So today I visited the store where I bought the bag. It’s in Austin Texas at The Domain. I spoke with a manager, Jessica. I let her know what I was dissatisfied with the bag and asked if there was anything that could be done. I got an explanation of how the bag was made perfectly and how my issue with the bag was unjustified. I consider myself a really smart person, and I don’t complain unless it is necessary, so I really didn’t appreciate the lack of empathy and lack of solutions from Jessica.
I really want to be a loyal customer to LV. I want to love the bag. Now I don’t think I will ever buy another one. I didn’t feel welcome in the store today. I didn’t feel like the manager understood or cared about my issue with the bag. I was hoping to be able to exchange it for a model that wouldn’t sag the structure of the bag. I would even be willing to pay an exchange fee, some sort of upgrade fee, something in order to enjoy the brand, but Jessica had zero suggestions for me. She just sent me on my way as a dissatisfied customer. I let her know I will be telling my story on social media. People should know about this.

The Louis Vuitton management at the Domain is completely unacceptable. My friend bought me a handbag two weeks ago as a gift. I didn’t like the clasp on it and the soonest I could go in to exchange it for something else was today. The first person who was helping me and said that if they got the full receipt she could exchange it, so I had my friend send over a copy of the receipt. Then the manager comes over and quickly interjects and asked if I was the original purchaser. I said no and gave them the name of my friend who bought me the bag, along with the receipt. The manager then said I couldn’t return or exchange it because I wasn’t the original purchaser. I tried explaining to them that my friend who bought me the bag spoke to another sales person and they said that receipt would work just fine. Then the manager then looks at the bag and tells me there’s a scratch on it and that they cannot take it back. I looked at the bag and couldn’t see anything! I’ve kept it inside the dust bag in the box the entire two weeks I’ve had it. Even the sales person that was helping me at first said that she didn’t see anything, but that the manager’s opinion is more important. Worst customer service I’ve ever had. Never returning to this location. I’m from LA and this would never happen in Beverly Hills. I am going to Miami tomorrow and I’m sure I’ll be able to return it there. Pitiful experience. Very upsetting.

Under no circumstances should you make purchases from the Austin store or give them your financial information. A large sum of money was stolen from my husband after he tried to purchase a birthday gift for me. After returning it because I already owned that item, we were given a store credit for later use. When we went to use it, they said the store credit was used and there was nothing they were going to do about it. It was obviously an inside job because you can not get to the account information unless you are an employee.
The manager, Jen, was awful. Before I eve finished the story, she attacked it and me by spewing wild scenarios the way a guilty child would. When I explained, I would have to file a police report, she suddenly changed her tune and got very, very nervous. Suddenly, she wanted to help and BEGGED me not to call the police on her and her employee who administered the transaction.
I called LV corporate who explicitly said the managers actions and the whole process the Austin store conducted was highly suspicious.
I have spent thousand with LV over the years and they have great quality. My suggestion would be to go the the Austin store if you want look around but once you see what you want, order on line. DO NOT give the Austin store your financial info, credit cards, etc. This is now being further investigated by the police and a private security/​identity theft firm who is currently investigating the store, and all the people involved. My husband and I do not plan to rest until the responsible parties are brought to justice and the truth is discovered.

I’ve been buying a lot of stuff here and I get «ok“service (which is fine) And today, decided to stop by and get my LV leopard bandeau. Sean Michael helped us. He is very friendly, helpful and felt that «ok» service that I’ve been getting here went «best» because of him. Thank you Sean, I appreciate you!

Ive been here only a handful of times and theyve been nothing but wonderful to me. I guess Ive been lucky with the associates so far. I noticed they get overwhelmed by customers. Since the handbags/​luggage are locked, you would need an associate to help you. So I understand why some reviewers feel they are brushed off. I think they need more associates esp. on weekends.
Hot stamping is still offered gratis. You have to make sure that you love that piece because they wont be accepting returns after… Naturally.

love, love, love! great customer service and follow up. over the phone and in person. in person, i’ve never felt brushed off or made to feel uncomfortable. over the phone, everyone i have been in contact with has always been friendly and helpful.

CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS EXCELLENT! I wish I could give them more than 5 starts! Ashaia is awesome here! She set me up with my speedy purse and added the cutest keychain to give it some more flair.
She is also great with keeping you up to date! She sends out out texts to her customers when new lines are in and you can set up an appointment with her for more one on one time!
She even sent me a card in the mail thanking me for my purchase! That’s pretty awesome that they keep in touch. It’s not just about a one time transaction. They aren’t pushy at all and they understand you are spending a lot of money on a purse. They make the experience very memorable!:) I’m already looking into purse number 3!

I guess I was lucky. I’ve been here a handful of times and purchased twice. All times everyone was pleasant, even the times I was just looking. I am disappointed they stopped hot-​stamping the bags with the initials in store.
All in all I don’t go by a fancy bag to be sucked up to anyways. Just hand me the bag, let me «try it on» and ring me up. I don’t need to feel like a celebrity or need over the top service. Just my bag please :)

Okay, I was a bit hesitant to come to this location due to reading some of the other horribad reviews. I usually go to Houston Galleria’s Neiman Marcus/​LV Boutique to visit my favorite SA, but let’s face it. driving about 6 hours round trip from Temple is a major pain in the a$$.
Upon entering the establishment, I was already prepared to be brushed off by some snooty SA’s, but instead I was greeted with welcoming smiles and greetings by all. Okay, I take that back — everyone but the one stoic gentleman who was wearing a suit. He didn’t break a smile or say one word to me. Maybe he was security? *shrugs*
Anyway, I was helped by Anna who was excellent with customer service and had no problems with my specific requests. I originally came for one item, but ended up purchasing two :) It’s a huge bummer because she’s only just a seasonal worker, but let’s hope that she gets hired for that permanent position at LV she applied for.
Solid 4.5 stars for now dependent on future visits.

Obviously this is a high end company. Their bags look great and are well made.
I don’t like this specific store. I have been there multiple times. Each time, nobody comes to help. Then when I approach someone, they look totally annoyed and are rude with their replies as if I am bothering them… Not a pleasant shopping experience.

Casey A is FANTASTIC! she helped me pick a bag charm out and I absolutely loved her! She was so friendly and nice. I will definetly be going back because of her!

I bought my first Louis Vuitton last October. When I walked into the store, I was sweating bullets because I’ve never purchased anything so expensive, but I had been saving up for over a year so I was on a mission. I wanted the brown damier Speedy 35. I didn’t really look around, just found an associate and told her what I wanted and she showed it to me and I bought it. It was pretty quick and straight forward. Jennifer is who helped me and she was very nice. I paid cash for the purse which seemed to throw her off at first, I think most people pay with cards, but she didn’t make a big deal about it or anything. Next time I’ll probably use a card. I’m so happy with my purchase and my experience. I do think it’s pretty ridiculous a wallet costs as much as a purse though.

I have recently purchase 3 bags within the last 3 months.
Every time I go in, I know EXACTLY what I want, I don’t window shop.
I bought my delightful mm from Stacey! She was so sweet and attentive! never rude!
I then purchased a speedy 30, the sales associate that helped me was Eric! He was pretty awesome too!!!
I came in again to purchase my eva cluch in the mono… and was sort of helped by a woman who’s name I did not catch. She was an oriental woman.
There were only two Sales Associates there with a couple of customers.
She wasn’t the friendliest but I could care less.
She wasn’t receiving commission from me since I let her know Eric helped me last time I was in the store
And the people complaining about the 8 week wait to repair your Louis.
Sorry but the whole world doesn’t revolve around you.
You are getting your Quality bag repaired at LV. Understand that there are back orders and a wait list.

I bought a bag for Christmas and decided it was too big. I took it back today (within the 14 day return policy) to exchange it. I didn’t even know what the return policy was outside of the 14 day period b/​c the original sales person only told us that portion (she didn’t even tell me or have me sign that signature line on the receipt.) t wasn’t even asking for my money back– I just wanted to exchange it.
It was un-​used and in the dust bag. They inspected it like they were looking for dna fingerprints and pointed out a «mark» on the bag. It was a piece of fuzz that blew off! Anyways– they decided it was used (which is wasn’t) and couldn’t do anything for me.
The instant I went into the store they were rude, snotty and condescending. Acted like I was white trash and mentally slow and couldn’t care less what our situation was.
I have plenty of money to spend and could buy any bag in that store if I wanted, but I will never give them my money again. I feel sorry for the employees who work here– can you imagine having to be mean and rude to your customer base (I have to imagine they are trained to be this way b/​c why else would they act like that?)
I guess they don’t want to take back items b/​c their stock is expected to tank this year (according to NASDAQ.)
I think LV will regret treating their customer base this way in the long run.
I would never recommend anyone to shop at this store.

I don’t buy here often. I love love love am in love with this store. If I had the money I would buy much more from here. I do have a small bag and yes don’t judge I have a dog bag from here. My four pound Yorkshire terrier had a fancy bag.
The people who work here are so nice. They are use to people walking in and looking but they still offer you water and are so kind.
I love there luggage but could never check the bag at the airport lol. They really have timeless handbags and other leather goods. In ten years it will still be great leather handbags and leather products. They display a trunk from the early 1900s and it is worth a mint now and I love it.
Yeah I need to win the lottery than I could buy anything I want from here. But I still am thankful I have 2 hand bags from here and will enjoy them.

While reading all the previous reviews, it made me think that I was one of the lucky girl who usually received a good customer service from the LV Domain store. I have bought several LVs from this location and have USUALLY received a good customer service. My favorite SA is Stacey! She is always kind and helpful.
I totally understand what the other reviewers are saying. I think, the other employees are mean and unhelpful. There were few times when I went with my sister and our kids (2)are with us; we received a bad service. My favorite SA was busy with another customer. We wanted to look at few purses (Speedy B and Eva Clutch) but no one seemed to care or offered any assistance. 2 employees were just standing around, pretending they were checking on something and didn’t even asked us if we needed anything. We ended up, asking one of them for help. I felt like, we shouldn’t have to ask for the service, it should be GIVEN! We were about to drop 2K to their store, a good service is the least they can give us.
In the end, I will still be a true LV lover and will go to Domain store because it’s the only one in Austin. Haha.

We love LV products and have been buying purses and wallets from LV stores directly and Saks 5^th Avenue for a while. We still recommend LV products but definitely not Austin store in the Domain specifically.
The sales staff can be helpful sometimes when you come in and buy a product quickly. They hesitate to service you when it takes you longer to decide and they really do not want to service you when you need to make an exchange even within the 30 day limit.
We came in the store around 2:30 today to exchange for a different purse since my wife did not like the one I bought for her. There were 3 sales persons and no customer in the store but neither of them wanted to service us when we came in with a big LV bag. When we asked the one standing at the check out counter, she was acting like she was looking in her system and did not really want to help us. Finally, they inspected the purse just as Dana D. Described and said they would not be able to exchange because it was not in perfect condition even it was within 30 day timeframe and the purse was in the box the whole time. My wife did not wear this purse since she got it 2 weeks ago knowing she will have to make an exchange later.
Not sure why but we usually receive better services from Saks 5^th and LV stores in Houston and New York.

I am disgusted with the ineptitude and lack of service when bringing in my DEFECTIVE BAG for repair! I would expect to see someone as inept as Yuka {from your Domain location @Austin}, at the customer service counter within Walmart; not Louis Vuitton.
1) She refused to admit my bag’s leather handle was cracked, and insisted over and over again that it was wrinkled (aloud & on the Quality Report). She finally relented, once I repeatedly explained that a wrinkle is when the material bunches together or furrows; a crack is actual separation.
2) She stated that she was going to fill out the Quality Report for my bag after I left, until I specifically asked for some kind of documentation of today’s visit.
3) She expressed zero empathy during my entire visit. Yuka tried to explain that the wrinkles (AKA the general population AND the dictionary’s definition of «cracks») were the result of «normal wear & tear». She elaborated that she’s seen it before with other customers’ handbags, and that it can be caused by humidity (we live in Austin; NOT Seattle or Houston), moisture (last time I checked, my shoulders don’t sweat) or the naturally wearing-​in of the stiff handles.
During my visit to the store, she took various pictures of my handbag and stated that she’d send these along with the report and get back to me when she receives a response. She wasn’t qualified enough to distinguish between wrinkles and cracks in leather, yet she’s allowed to operate technology, documenting the defects in my handbag? I wasn’t even able to see the photos that she took up close, in order to determine if she got a clear shot.
This isn’t my first purchase with Louis Vuitton, however it IS my first time having an issue with the quality of craftsmanship/​materials. There are numerous designers from which are available to purchase beautiful handbags: I adore, spend money on, brag about, and am loyal to YOUR brand because of the QUALITY & STANDARDS in which they’re made, as well as the classic look they have.
When I purchased my first handbag (mini looping) from you guys, I was advised by staff and expected that the leather handle would change color over time, from very pale tan to a beautiful, golden brown– the patina/​oxidation of the leather is due to normal wear and tear. I even expected that the thread stitching on my 2 year old handbag would fray a little — this is normal wear & tear. I expected my leather handles on that same bag would change their shape and stretch minimally — this is normal wear & tear with leather.
To come into your store, purchase a $ 1,700 handbag, return in less than two year’s time with cracks in the handle, and be informed that this is «normal wear & tear» is absolutely unacceptable. I take care of my things, and even carry minimal items in the bag, so as not to stretch out or stress the limits of the leather handles with unnecessary weight. Yuka should be sending off the Quality Report today for evaluation, but I felt the need to vent my frustration with my visit today. The level of service when you bring in a repair should exceed that of when you purchase. Today, it was lacking at best.

Origins, you and I… we used to have a thing. See, I kind of glow in the dark. You – you made a «Lightest» concealer that actually seemed to have some basis in human skin tones.
Most pale-​hued concealers are either too pink or too yellow, so much so that actually finding one that’s not meant for someone who’s either permanently sunburnt or who has a bad case of jaundice is quite a find.
You understood people like me. You made the absolute best concealer on the planet for the pigmentally-​lacking. It was thick enough to cover what I wanted, a natural enough shade to blend in, and light enough not to feel like I’ve got a big glob of something icky on my face.
And then you discontinued it. Origins, it’s so over. This breaks my heart.
I tried to make it work. I tried out the «Light» shade that you still carry, thinking that I might actually go outside enough now to make it work. Nope. It didn’t.
I can’t hold this against the store itself, but I will admit that I’m less likely to go in now that they’ve discontinued the one shade that actually matches my skin. I even wrote the company to ask if they were still planning on carrying it anywhere, but apparently, there just wasn’t enough demand to make it viable. C’mon, Origins, you’re in the Domain – catering to 1% chunks of the population is what you do over there, right? But sadly, no more.
I have to give this store a lot of credit: they totally didn’t judge when I bought a whole bunch of concealer at once to hoarde away for later. They were as helpful as they could be, plus I got a freebie mask for spending over a certain amount. I really love how all of Origins’ stuff smells wonderful – I just wish they still made my concealer!
The quality of the product deserves a solid 42 stars – it’s fabulous stuff. It’s the heartbreak that knocks them down to four. :o (
