Excellent job. I had a 5,500 sqft roof job with several pitches and overhangs AND to top it all off, 40 year old wood shake shingles underneath two layers of composition shingles. Wood shingles have no decking underneath, so my entire roof had to be removed, new decking put on, and then a layer of composition shingles. The entire job took two full days and my roof looks awesome. They even added in a cricket slope around my super wide chimney which was missing from the original construction. They gave me radiant barrier decking and the whole deal.
Chris Traweek was excellent in giving me a great price and estimate. He was extremely communicative and easy to reach. The entire job took two full days. I shopped 3 different roofers and one was $ 8,000 more than M&M’s quote. They do excellent quality work for a very competitive price. I’m in real estate myself and I would recommend them (and have already) to my client’s no question.

We recently had our siding and windows replaced by M&M. It was a big job and we had no experience with these types of renovations, so we weren’t sure what to expect. From the first day through the last (about a week total) the experience was great. The crew was friendly, on time, respectful of our property, and did a fantastic job. The house looks like new and we couldn’t be happier!

I was one of the victims of the hail storm over a year ago in 2009. I had roofers all over the place and they still are, trying to get the job and promising to save you money (for less quality work).
I liked their sales pitch from the beginning, about how they use a different kind of starter row (rather than just turn a shingle upside down) and about the felt they use and matching roof jack paint.
I waiting about a year and finally had the work done. I was very impressed and was not pressured by the sales person. The crews and supervisor were friendly and professional. They are not the cheapest and did not offer any sort of «short cuts» to save my deductible but I wasn’t looking for a shortcut. I just wanted the roof done right and I was impressed.

Our roof leaked after they put a brand new one.
Flashing was not properly secured and dismantled.
Eaves started to detach from the beams.
I had to call them at many occasions — sometimes they would not bother to come.
We had to redo some of the work.
Never an apology or even recognizing their poor craftsmanship.
The quote they gave us was almost half of others: we got what we paid for. They’re doomed to stay in poor quality /​cheap market.
