Best little chocolate tours in Austin!

Madame Cocoa culinary tours and events take you to the sweet side of food travel and education. We’re NOT just about cupcakes. Get your sugar high a few ways —

Fall 2012 join a Saturday walking tour, and visit 5 – 7 Austin specialty shops and feature tastes of passionate pastry chefs, bakers, artisan chocolate makers, and gelato masters, and even complement appropriately with wine, beer, coffee, and whiskey when possible.

Convert this to your own private event, as we tailor fit to an occasion. Madame Cocoa loves to travel, and plan special tours and classes for day-trips from Austin to take us to other foodie Hill Country locations.

Not a tour person or need more in-depth study? Chocolate 101 is a 3 – 5 hour intense tasting experience.

Stay sweet. ~ xoxo Madame Cocoa

Meet the Business Owner

Adrienne N.

Business Owner

Hi, I’m Adrienne, and I’m your guide for Madame Cocoa events and classes. My chocolate path began bussing tables at my parent’s Dairy Queen, and I grew up with a big sweet tooth. Years of busy corporate life led to a hobby learning about chocolate, and taking every opportunity to travel, taste, and meet those people passionate about their chocolate craft. My niche is American craft chocolate.

A graduate of Ecole Chocolat, I am the host and Mistress of Ceremonies for the Dallas Chocolate Conference (2009 – 2012), and I’ve appeared on radio and TV programs in conjunction with this annual event. I teach chocolate appreciation at the University of Texas Austin in the continuing education class «Chocolate 101», and in July 2012 took my «Chocolate 101» class to Chautauqua Institution in NY for a 5 day seminar.
