The cleaning staff did a great job with the floors. However, the countertops, bedroom furniture, and oven/​microwave doors were untouched. In order to communicate with the cleaners, we had to contact the owner, Daniel, to convey the message.
Pros:
No harsh chemical smell afterwards, clean floors, owner who listened and accommodated my request.
Cons:
Had difficulty communicating with the cleaners, many surfaces that were left untouched

The WORST cleaning service with EVEN WORSE customer service. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY! We bought a 3 hr package from Living Social — the maid arrived 10 minutes late, took another 10 minutes to «set up». Moved at snail’s pace. An hour later, she was still in the bathroom cleaning (mind you, we have a maid service every month to clean so it’s not like it was super-​dirty). When I reminded her of the time, she decided to move a bit faster, but 3 hours later, only ¼ of the house was done. She left PROMPTLY on time, irrespective of how late she started. When I contacted the company, customer service (Daniel Guajardo) got all defensive and said that this was bought on time basis and my house may have been all dirty! How are they in business? I want my money back.

I booked Maid for Help again since i was putting my house for sale. Again they did an exceptional job. The 2 ladies got there on time and immediately got to work. After 3 hours they were done and asked me to check everything. It was great. At the same time Daniel called me to also verify that the things were done properly. Great customer service and excellent service. Not to mention very reasonably priced. Keep up the good work!

My wife and I purchased a LivingSocial deal for a 5-​hour deep clean at our home. The staff person who arrived at our house did so in a timely fashion and worked independently to clean both our house and an adjacent apartment in extraordinary fashion. She was diligent, polite, thorough, and she completed the work very carefully. We were really happy with the service and would recommend using Maid for Help to anyone in the Austin area.
Our only issue was with scheduling, and that is a result of, I think, having multiple deal sites promoting the company. For the cost, it was still worthwhile, but I think Maid for Help might be backed up for a little while.

I was really impressed with Maid for Help, even before they came to clean our place. Daniel was very flexible and went out of his way to make sure we got the best service. He ask us to make a priority list and I thought that idea was very smart. You don’t always need specific things cleaned, so making a detailed list is helpful. When they did come to clean, our home was spotless and smelled lovely! Their prices are very reasonable and they are timely and efficient. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again!

I ordered a Living Social deal with Maid For Help. I’ve done this a few other times to get a deep cleaning, etc with a few different companies. This was the best experience we’ve had by far. Scheduling was super easy and Daniel was pleasant. Christina, who came and cleaned the house was very kind and nice and cleaned the house VERY well. She cleaned the house much better than any other cleaner we’ve ever had come to the house. She was thorough and paid attention to detail. If we ever need to hire a service in the future, we will call Maid For Help and we will be sure to ask for Christina. She was great.

Daniel went out of his way to schedule a team of folks at a specific time and date to clean my house to get ready to sell. It was a huge mess and in total disarray. The team he sent went straight to work cleaning up everything in spite of the horrible mess and clutter of moving stuff… bad timing on my part. Daniel stopped by to make sure everyone was on the same page and the cleaning staff worked hard the whole time they were here. They left the place in much better shape than they found it for sure. Daniel also called after the team left to make sure I was satisfied. I will definitely call again to get my place cleaned. They did a good job at a really fair price.

Won’t use them again waste of my 50 bucks for someone to vacuum my house. Not sure what they are doing but I’ll make sure they aren’t recommended to anyone I know.
