Exceptional service, very attentive cleaners, and easy scheduling and follow-​through. Pricing was better than other local bids. I’m very happy and will definitely use this company again!

My husband and I just moved out of our duplex and into our first home. Since I’m pregnant we decided to hire a cleaning crew for the duplex after we moved out. I was blown away by the job they did. They were on time, efficient, and just perfect. Our duplex was never this clean when we lived there :) We will likely hire them again after the baby is born for our new home. Highly recommend.

This is an updated review: previously I had a ‘less than pleasant’ experience but was pleasantly surprised by how this company stood by their work and made it right. Summer had two maids come back by my house and clean what was missed the previous time and it looks amazing. I was upset before– definitely was not a good first impression but they redeemed themselves and I will be using them again in the future!

I can’t think of a better cleaning company to go with when you need one. Yesi and Merit, the ladies that came to my home were top notch. From the initial contact with The Booking Manager, Colin Moore, and The Director of Operations, Roxy, I’ve been made to feel that my particular needs were of utmost importance and everyone went out of their way to see to it that I was treated with absolute respect, I was made to feel that I my wants and needs had value and importance.
Yesi and Merit came into my home last Friday and right away they got down to the business of cleaning. They were both very personable, very efficient and they put me at ease almost immediately. I’m happy to say Yesi and Merit will be returning to my home on a biweekly basis. The first visit includes the routine cleaning and the deep cleaning package. Then, to top things off, I got a discounted price for my first visit and an additional 10% off that! It doesn’t get much better than that! Knowing that my home will now be clean and shiny on a regular basis makes me one happy person.
I just can’t say enough about the way I was treated from the very contact all the way to the absolute efficient and thorough cleaning that was done. The ladies that came here were not only absolutely capable but they were both very personable and while they worked we also got to chat a bit. They didn’t stop what they were doing to chat though. In fact, I can’t think of a time when either one of them stopped working to chat with either me or themselves. They were cleaning the entire time and only stopped to clarify something during that first hour. After that, they just knew what to do and where to clean without any help needed from me. That’s important as far as I’m concerned.
This is THE cleaning service for my home from now on. If you need someone to clean your home once or on a regular basis, I highly recommend Maids and Moore. They are top notch and the prices are very fair. Maids and Moore, what else could you need? Nothing, absolutely nothing!

So ecstatic!!! Finally, a cleaning company that knows how to clean!!! I can’t believe how ridiculously good you are!!! Maids and Moore is just ok. I had to hire a maid service because of an automobile accident. My doctor told me to hire a maid to let my back heal. I’m not a fan of maids because I’m super picky about the way in which my house is cleaned. Maids and Moore send over 3 ladies (all 3 spoke Spanish) so communicating with them was a joke. The first floor of my house is hard tile, and I noticed after they left that 2 areas were not vacuumed/​swept or mopped. So after they left I had to pull out my vacuum and finish what they missed. They didn’t do a terrible job;however, if I’m paying for a cleaning service to clean then I expect my entire house to be cleaned. It’s also irritating that I couldn’t communicate with the maids that were sent over.
I’ve since hired another maid service to come back on a weekly basis.

Maids and Moore has been cleaning my house on a routine basis for 3 years. The consistent quality and thoroughness of each and every cleaning is impressive. It doesn’t matter which team members they send on any particular day because they all seem well-​trained to provide consistent and high quality cleaning. The service yesterday was perfect thanks to Zulema and Carmen.
It’s no surprise that this company is well managed. I strongly recommend Maids and Moore to anyone seeking a high quality routine house cleaning service.

I signed up for Cleaning for a Reason and was sent over to Maids and More as the cleaning provider. They came over and cleaned my home for me and I am so grateful for this service. They did an amazing job, my shower has never been so clean!!! Best service and very fortunate to be part of the program. Thank you Maids and More you all have helped a cancer patient very greatly.

I called Maids and Moore and scheduled a deep clean. They made my house look and smell great, they forgot to do a few things and the owner made a point to come by and make sure it gone done properly. That’s great customer service in my book!

I would HIGHLY recommend Maids and Moore if you are looking for a reliable, thorough group to keep your house or apartment in perfect shape. I have a busy schedule which leaves me little time to clean my apartment. Maids and Moore always does a fantastic job and I am able to focus on other things and don’t have to worry about cleaning. Shocked at the negative reviews, but this can be remedied…
I’ve been using Maids and Moore for at least a year and I am very happy. I’ve gone through lots of maids who didn’t clean, didn’t show to their appointment, didn’t respond well to feedback, but I’ve had a great experience with them.
I’m almost never home when they arrive, so I don’t know what goes on behind the scenes, but when I get home, my house spotless and shiny. I love that they use a vinegar solution which is earth friendly and safe for the residents and animals of the house. They get my house house clean in 1.2 hours and the few times I’ve had issues and let them know, they’ve always made an effort to solve the problem. One time they left the trash on the front porch and another time they for got two of the bedrooms. They came back the next day to clean the bedrooms and Roxy was very apologetic.
I would recommend them to friends.

These guys are extremely awesome! They take very good care of your home at an affordable price. Excellent service, great people, I highly recommend them!

I am hugely surprised to find that Maids and Moore doesn’t have more positive reviews.
Working as an estate manager, I’ve struggled to find a maid service that satisfied the standards I work to achieve. I have let several cleaning services go, some during their initial visit, but I have had great luck with Maids and Moore.
The maids arrive promptly at their scheduled time, keep their conversations to a minimum, work efficiently, and seem very sweet and respectful. Most importantly, they do a very thorough job.
Three women visit the house weekly and for the most part, I am greeted by the same faces each time. I value that this provides a greater level of security in their performance and trust that valuables won’t go missing.
On the one occasion that I did have an issue with a specific maid talking too loudly, using her cell phone, and looking a little disheveled, she was quickly replaced.
Overall, I’ve had a great experience with these ladies so far and would definitely recommend their service.

Whatever you do, please don’t listen to Jessica M.‘s post (1÷20÷2011). This company is awesome! Great customer service, and they deliver a great product for a very reasonable price. I’m a submarine officer and relied on Maids and Moore to keep my wife sane while I was out to sea. We never had a scheduling problem and the house always looked incredible after they cleaned.
Bottom line: Use this company! You will not be disappointed!

I received the first of four scheduled cleanings from Maids and Moore this morning. They contacted me on behalf of Cleaning for a Reason – a charity that provides four free house cleanings for cancer patients (that’s me!).
Two cleaners worked for about 2 – 2.5 hours to clean my 1,000 sq ft house and did a pretty good job. They dusted, cleaned the bathroom thoroughly, did the dishes, and vacuumed the whole house. I’m not sure they mopped like I requested, but the floors definitely look improved.
The cleaners were friendly and quiet. One of them spoke English and she translated my requests to the other woman.
I can’t speak to how much value I got for the money because it wasn’t me paying. But as a free service, I’m very satisfied and look forward to seeing them again next month.

Maids and Moore are very friendly, courteous, and professional. The owner came for the initial visit and sat down and explained all the services and what would be involved in the scheduled cleanings. Very informative.
The cleaning crew is very courteous as well, although they seem to have problems keeping their appointment time slots. We’ve been told they would arrive at a certain time, and had to call when they didn’t show up to find out what the delay was.
Beyond that, however, they do a great job! No other complaints. The owner and office admin are very courteous and professional and will work with you on changing your schedule, cleaning crew, or whatever.

Kelly, the owner, was incredibly friendly and professional.
And so was the cleaning crew that showed up to do a makeready for me after moving out of my house. They were painfully shy, but tremendously respectful. And damn, did they clean! I haven’t seen anything in the house that shiny in years!
They are also outstanding in terms of price. $ 70/​hour got me four maids… count ‘em — four!
Highly recommended.

I called Maids and Moore to have our home cleaned before the Thanksgiving holiday. We had recently lost our housekeeper of 3 years, and were still interviewing for the position. Granted, I have high expectations when it comes to a «clean home,» but who wouldn’t paying $ 70/​hr? OK, I’ll just start from the beginning…
First, the 2 women arrived late– I was not contacted, and called the company to see if they were still coming (I received an answering machine). They finally arrived hauling their ancient equipment behind them. I explained I had everything they’d need: the top of the line products for our hardwood, granite, travertine, stainless steal, etc., but they insisted on using their ’89 hoover and mystery bottles of solution. whatever.
One thing I know they did, was vacuum (aka annoy the entire house), excessively! I left to find peace and run a few errands. when I returned, the house looked OK. Despite the fact they were here for 3 ½ hours (my 1 housekeeper does more in half that time) and believing my 2 year-​old niece could do a similar job, I went about my evening.
Later, walking through the kitchen, I realized the floor had not been swept or mopped!!! Continuing, the sink and counters had not been cleaned, wood floors in our dining/​living area hadn’t been touched, bathroom mirrors were streaky, and the list goes on. Appalled– I began cleaning, knowing I had to cook and entertain the following day!
I contacted this company because of their flawless reviews on Unilocal.My bad, lesson learned.
In the end, Holly, the owner discounted me a pathetic ½ hr worth of cleaning (I spent more of my time cleaning after they left).
Long story short, steer clear!
