I recently moved to Austin and was searching for a reasonably priced matress. I found this gem of a store. This place is awesome. Super friendly staff that gives it to you straight. He delivered to my place on Sunday morning. I was in a hurry so he made sure to be speedy. He was on it! 5 stars no doubt about it!

The service was quick, easy, and affordable. Everything I wanted when dreading the annoying purchase of a new mattress. I went in and let them know my budget and they found a way to make my budget work to get me the perfect mattress. Excellent service! A friend recommended Matrezzz Guys and I am glad he did. I bought 2 beds which are perfect for my needs and were more at a very fair price. I encountered a problem with the smell of one of the mattresses which didn’t dissipate. Frank offered to replace it free of charge and kept me informed throughout the process. I highly recommend them for this commitment to meeting customer needs and providing excellent service.

Mattrezzz Guys are as good as it gets. No pressure at all. I went in to get a new mattress and ended up buying a platform bed too. Upon delivery it was discovered that my new bed was missing a piece. I forgave the delivery guy but he insisted. Within an hour, and after a personal call from the owner, I had what I purchased. Top notch customer service and a quality product as well. Anthony was an amazing help with my mattress purchase. I just moved into the area and was looking to start out in a new place with a nice bed and he offered me some great choices. He was even able to deliver it the same day in a couple of hours which my back will thank later tonight.
He was very knowledgeable and gave me seemingly honest advice and what he thought was the best value. I also got to meet this wife and son which was awesome! The prices are pretty similar to what you see online which is great because I like shopping at local businesses and helping them out.
I was able to lay down and try the few that appealed the most to me, and he probably could’ve upsold the more expensive versions… but he let me decide on my own.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while now and it occasionally pops into my mind when a friend or co-​worker asks where they should buy a mattress. I always tell them to go here!
When I went the customer service was great! I told them my budget range and they did a wonderful job of showing me quality mattresses within my price. They didn’t try to up-​sell me or take advantage of me being young and a grad student. The mattress I first chose wasn’t in stock, so they sold me my second choice, which was more expensive, for the same price as my first choice. I had it delivered and they brought everything I needed. I love my mattress and am so thankful I went here rather than a big chain. A very satisfied customer! I don’t plan to get a new mattress soon, but if I’m ever in need, I plan to come here.

I bought a Simmons ComforPedic from Beautyrest mattress and Coaster bed frame from these guys; couldn’t be happier! They offer competitive pricing with no need to haggle (quite unheard of in the mattress business). Their sale prices were as good as any that I could find online (including discount sites like
). It’s also a nice service that they offer free delivery and assembly (not something I expected from a small independent).
I felt very comfortable shopping at this store and it was a much better experience than shopping at one of those big mattress stores. This good customer relationship is important since if there are any issues with the mattress later on, it’s the store where the mattress was bought that is going to be the first point of contact.

I have bought a lot of mattresses in my years, and I can honestly say, these guyz made the experience the easiest and most painless. We got a great mattress for a good price. They were extra helpful. We needed the mattress to be delivered to two different locations, first to one place, then to another. They had no problem with that. This is a great store.

We went all over mattress row in the area, but a friend recommended this place and now we know why! One of the owners helped us figure out what would be best for us and he was a straightforward, no-​gimmicks kind of guy. We love our king size pillow top and haven’t ever slept so well! Great quality, service, and prices.

I went into this fine establishment to look at mattresses for my daughter. It was time to kick her out of my bed so I figured that she would need something comparable to my bed. Frank was very helpful and I ended up purchasing a mattress and pillows. I am one to shop around but Frank’s excellent customer service changed me. I will not hesitate to purchase from Mattrezz Guys again or recommend them. Frank is top notch!

I am on the hunt for the perfect pillow and I figured why not try a mattress store, they sell everything else related to a good night sleep, I’m sure they could accommodate me. Unfortunately, they don’t sell the type of pillows I am looking for. I want a down, feather and foam pillow and they are difficult to come by.
Although, in my quest to find the perfect pillow, I did find the perfect salesman and this review is based on the customer service Frank provided. As I mentioned, I didn’t buy a pillow, but I will come back to purchase a mattress Frank when I’m in the market for a new one. Frank was funny, but not overly funny, helpful and not in the annoying way. He answered all my questions, even though he knew their store didn’t carry the pillow of my dreams. Frank went over and beyond by providing me a tip on where to find the elusive pillow. For all those reasons I mentioned Frank will be the person I will tell friends to speak with when they are in the market for a mattress. And when I’m ready to purchase a new mattress, you can bet I’m buying it from Frank.

This is a very late review but for a mattress, a late review is as good as any. I stopped in the store the weekend after Labor day weekend and the sales were still going on. I got this awesome queen sized bed for $ 600 with a frame and shipping!
Frank Massaro, was a great salesperson and was not pushy or impatient. He worked with me to get the best deal and the bed that is the best fit for me.
As a result, four months later I love this bed! I would highly, highly recommend this store, especially if you need a bed quick. I got same day delivery so I did not have to sleep on my floor.

I absolutely love my new Comforpedic Memory Foam Bed and it’s all thanks to the excellent customer service and the braintrust from a guy named Frank @ Mattrezzz Guys. He stuck w/​me throughout the entire journey in finding the right bed, and in the end his honesty, quality service, and excellent pricing made it difficult for me to go anywhere else.
Searching for a new bed is a process, and when you have back issues it can get more complicated. The real way to find the perfect bed is to sleep on it for a day or 2 but that’s just not feasible, and stores won’t give you the keys to the castle to spend the night. Your BFF can’t really help you since everyone sleeps differently. The last time I bought a new bed was when I moved to Austin in ’99, I spent a little over $ 500 for a firm bed (coils). I recall it being exhausting driving from store to store, spending as much time as possible laying on the bed, learning about the coils and bed structure, and negotiating on prices. Since then I’ve had a couple of used beds that worn down quickly but have been waking up w/​back pain more often. Fast forward to 2day — — I’m less patient but willing to spend more $ (within reason) to invest in myself, expecting to at least double or triple what I had spent back then.
Enter Frank Massaro at Mattrezzz Guys. A Unilocal search had these guys at the top for quality reviews so I put them on my list. I walked in on evening right after the Labor Day holiday and Frank greeted me w/​a smile and a handshake. I was direct and to the point — — I wake up w/​back pain, I toss and turn, side sleeper, need a firm bed, possibly Tempurpedic or Memory Foam, and I didn’t want to spend a fortune. I spent 45 min in his store laying on various beds as Frank explained each one in detail. He did a great job to help tailor my needs to the right bed, and most importantly he was extremely knowledgeable — — this guy knows his mattresses. In the end everything came back to their Comforpedic Memory Foam collection which seemed to be the perfect fit. Since I like to shop around for deals I wasn’t ready to commit and Frank was cool about that, he gave me his card and said I could call him anytime during my search if I have any questions about beds and he’d give me an honest and objective answer. He seemed very trustworthy and genuinely interested in helping me out, and I thought it was sweet to have a Subject Matter Expert just a phone call away!
I rushed over to a large Dept Store and checked out their bed selection, narrowing it down to their premium line and gave Frank a call. He knew a lot about the bed model and provided some history and unbiased feedback. He wasn’t negative about the bed but made a couple of key points — — his bed was definitely better quality (it was) and cost only a few hundred dollars more. He also said he’d be willing to work with me on a better deal via cash offer. Cha-​CHING! Those magic words were enough for me — — a better bed and a better deal — — I’m game! It was obvious that Frank didn’t want to lose me as a customer as well.
Not only did I land a superb deal on an awesome bed, but Frank was extremely patient and flexible in working w/​my hectic work /​travel schedule which delayed the purchase. If I could summarize — — everything was over-​delivered as promised — — awesome bed, awesome price, easy and quick delivery and set up, and I wake up every morning feeling well rested with minimal-​to-​no back pain! You couldn’t ask for anything more, and I really appreciated Frank’s professionalism, honesty, patience, competence, and quality customer service. Mattrezzz Guys are my Go-​2-​Guys for a great bed at a great price and top notch service. In the future I won’t look anywhere else!

Fiancé and I decided to check out the Fourth of July specials around town. We weren’t planning on buying a mattress unless we found a really great deal. We went to 3 other places and found stuff we liked. We decided to sleep on it and then see what Mattrezzz Guys had to offer before settling.
Frank was really nice and not overbearing at all. He took us to a few we liked to see how we liked the firmness of each bed. Their specials were great. He showed a great deal on the mattress we went with & threw in free delivery! They also agreed to hold on to the mattress for a month and deliver it to our new place. The customer service here can’t be beat. They’ve got a customer for life.

I decided to go to Mattrezzz Guys after reading all of the super positive reviews on Unilocal.I’m glad I did! It was my first time buying a mattress, and I had a great experience. The employees are very friendly, delivery was quick and easy, and the mattresses are affordable and high-​quality. Don’t be worried if you’re looking for something in the lower price range. They have at least 2 models around $ 200 and 9 under $ 500, which was my price range. There’s something for everyone here.
Frank was extremely friendly and helpful. Like others have said, he isn’t your typical salesman who tries to sell you a bunch of junk you don’t need or talk up a higher-​priced mattress. He wants to help you find the right mattress for your comfort level and price range. I ended up going with a Simmons Beautyrest mattress – a great brand, for $ 500 for a full-​sized mattress and box spring. The price was originally $ 700 but there’s a sale going on from now until Christmas that sealed the deal for me. I recommend buying the mattress protector they have for sale there, it’s reasonably priced and can ensure that you don’t void your mattress’s warranty (it’s waterproof and prevents stains, which is a major cause of a warranty getting voided). Frames run around $ 50 and delivery was $ 50 for my full-​sized mattress, so the complete total after all was said and done was about $ 700.
The mattress was delivered the next day, and these guys were FAST. They came during the time slot they gave me and were in and out within 10 minutes.
I’m really happy with my mattress. I’m used to tossing and turning in the night, but I sleep like a baby on this mattress.
