Sherry did a good job finding a reasonably priced unit in good condition in a nice area for two graduate students. My sole complaint is that when we renewed our lease for a third year we asked if she would be flexible with our rent checks or if she needed the rent on the 1^st of the month with no exceptions. She agreed to be flexible. When we moved out that year she kept $ 400 of our deposit because, she stated, we had not always paid by the 1^st. I felt that this was very dishonest, especially because she never complained when we turned in our rent on the 3^rd or 4^th all year! But we did not want to fight it and spend that much on legal fees. If you make agreements with this realtor, please get everything in writing or she may keep your deposit illegally.
