History

Established in 2005.

The McMinn Law Firm was founded by Jason McMinn. Mr. McMinn started out by representing insurance companies at a large law firm in Fort Worth, Texas. When he moved to New Braunsfels, Texas in 2005, he decided to open up his own shop.

Mr. McMinn used the skills and knowledge he acquired in defending big insurance companies to start his practice as a Plaintiff’s Lawyer. Since 2005, Mr. McMinn’s practice has flourished. Mr. McMinn attributes his success to his firms «good olé boy» approach with clients. Mr. McMinn has made himself accessible to clients and is always there for them if they have questions or need advice.

In 2007, Jason’s brother Justin McMinn joined the firm and became a partner shortly thereafter. Together, the McMinn brothers have represented thousands of clients in the Central Texas region.

Business Owner

Justin D. McMinn is a trial lawyer who aggressively represents personal injury plaintiffs and criminal defendants throughout the state of Texas. He has a strong passion for seeking justice and helping his clients rebuild their lives after serious injury accidents.

Justin was born and raised in Central Texas. After completing high school, Justin attended the University of Texas where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Government. Justin then went on to earn his Juris Doctorate degree from Texas Tech University School of Law. While attending Texas Tech, Justin worked for a law firm that specialized in Personal Injury Litigation. Here, Justin developed his passion to help people who had been seriously injured in accidents. Justin worked up and helped prepare hundreds of personal injury claims for litigation.
