As the saying goes, «Pictures are worth a thousand words», and it couldn’t be more true. Planning a wedding for 200 guests in three short months is no easy task. However, Mercedes was recommended to us, and we couldn’t be happier with the work that she and Jesse did. Not only did she capture the essence of my husband and I, but our whole group of friends and family. Two months after the wedding, people are still talking about how much fun it was. The pictures showed it too. When we received our pictures back, we were able to relive one of the greatest nights ever.
I worked with Mercedes for my bridal pictures also. Even though they were shot at a place she had never been to before, they were gorgeous. Mercedes shot with numerous different backgrounds and captured the light perfectly. She did not rush the shoot, and I felt completely comfortable with her. She was willing to do any shots that I wanted, and would work to get the best angle and shot each time.
Mercedes and Jesse are just amazing all the way around. Very prompt to respond to email, texts, or calls and answer any questions that you have. The weather threatened our wedding and shortened our picture taking time after the ceremony. Even though there was a list a mile long of family, wedding party, and newly wed shots to get in, they ROCKED and got them all done! They were even willing to reshoot the ones of my husband and I if they didn’t come out, but there was no need — -they were some of the best! You can trust that you are in good hands. After all, a good photographer is one of the most important decisions you will make planning your wedding. It goes by so fast, and pictures are the only thing that you can go back to. The joy, love, and pride that Mercedes takes in her work, comes through each photo. We will definitely use Mercedes Morgan Photography in the future as our family grows!

THE BEST. Every detail was captured perfectly! I constantly look at our wedding photos because I literally am able to relive the entire day all over again every time! We chose to work with Mercedes for our engagement and wedding photos after looking and talking with many photographers! I knew after seeing her work that I would love our photos but love does not even begin to express how I feel about them! We ended up scheduling a second engagement session to take additional pictures with our pups because we loved them so much and we plan to continue to work with Mercedes for any future pictures! She was also quick on getting our pictures back to us every time we worked with her (4 times total– 2 engagements, bridals, and our wedding)!
Aside from her amazing work– Mercedes is just hands down an amazing person! When I first met with her she went out of her way to come close to me to go over her pictures and packages! This was very early in my planning process and she also gave me advice on other vendors and provided me with SO MUCH helpful information… Before we even booked with her! She is incredibly accommodating and helpful and someone you will just enjoy being around (which is so important when picking a photographer!)!!! Her husband (who also shot at my bridal shoot and wedding) is also great! I loved having a guy there to shoot my husband and the groomsman! I think they definitely felt more comfortable having him around taking pictures!
I could go on and on but I really don’t think I could ever say enough about Mercedes or her work! She is absolutely amazing and made our wedding memories so so so special!!!

Mercedes was hired by my now fiancé to take pictures for our surprise proposal and to do a mini shoot afterwards. Even though I did not have any contact with her previous to the big event, our interactions with her during the event were perfect! My fiancé even told me that Mercedes was very quick and professional through the correspondence they held leading up to the event. Of course I didn’t formally meet her until right after my fiancé proposed, but Mercedes was wonderful! This was her first time doing an proposal, and we were very happy with the quality of pictures she produced of the entire affair! She was very sweet and incredibly generous with her time, making sure that she got the amount of shots she was happy with, instead of focusing on the time. We felt very comfortable (especially since I had just met her!) and could not have asked for a better photographer to capture the genuineness of the entire event! Now Mercedes can say she’s an experienced proposal photographer as well and we’re glad that our experience was her first!

We were so fortunate to find Mercedes and Jesse early on in our wedding planning process. Of all the decisions we made, choosing Mercedes was by far the best. I started at the
and looked through reviews and e-​mailed several photographers to get quotes. They were great, but then I found Mercedes. I started looking through her work and just knew she was the right one for us. Her pictures just radiate love and each shoot is different and personal. We decided to meet for coffee to discuss our plans and I was blown away by her easy going personality. On top of taking AMAZING photographs, Mercedes is a calming influence to the beautiful storm that is wedding planning. She gave me advice (but only solicited!) and instantly felt like I had not only a photographer, but a new friend. We ended up asking Mercedes to shoot our engagement photos, my bridal portraits, and the wedding. I cannot explain how great it is to have this amazing time in our lives documented with such beautiful photographs. No matter how big the day is, at some point memories tend to fade. Thankfully, we will always have our pictures to bring those memories and emotions back up to the surface. That’s the great thing about Mercedes; she has an unbelievable talent to capture emotion. Every time I look through our pictures, I remember how I felt at exactly that moment. It’s amazing. We will be eternally grateful for her! Thank you Mercedes, a million times over!

Mercedes is not only an incredible photographer but also just a wonderful person to be around on your wedding day. She handled everything with grace and ease and was willing to follow us where ever we decided to go. She was so amazing when dealing with our sweet but rambunctious little flower girl, frantic mother-​in-​law, and honestly a rather uncomfortable bride. Mercedes made me feel beautiful on a day when I never thought I could (I realized on the wedding day that I had put on 7 pounds after my final fitting – oops).
We just got the package with the images and CD’s. We honestly could not be happier. My husband and I both LOVE the photos she sent and our first home together is going to be filled with different prints.
Mercedes truly captures the emotions of the day and does so in such a beautiful light. We would highly recommend Mercedes to anyone looking for a wedding photographer.

Mercedes is prompt in answering email and returning phone calls. She and her husband did an amazing job shooting this wedding. She stuck to the schedule and delivered gorgeous photos that we’re excited to have in our portfolio! As a bonus, she delivered photos within a week or so of the wedding. I can appreciate how much time goes into processing hundreds of wedding photos. Having photos back in a week is just fantastic.

Mercedes was actually referred to me by a friend and I’m so glad that I listened and booked her for my wedding! Her and her husband did a great job and I think they definitely went above and beyond what I asked for. I wanted both candid photos as well as posed photos and she did a wonderful job on both. She made sure to check each photo on the posed ones to make sure that everyone had their eyes opened and looking at the camera, etc. It was something that took as little as a couple of seconds to do but it really showed her attention to detail in my opinion. It’s been two months after my wedding and when I asked her to do something she did it in a heartbeat and was glad to do it. She wasn’t one of those people who get your money and could care less after. She definitely wants to make sure that you are happy before, during, and after the wedding. She was also such a sweetheart! I would gladly recommend her to anyone!

We had the pleasure of working with her after she came highly recommended by another photographer we’d checked out. We sat down and explained we didn’t want the traditional «posed» feeling for our wedding or engagement shots. We simply wanted candid «us». Man o man did she deliver, and without breaking our budget.
Of course I’m a little biased because it was my day, but we had our dream wedding. It was vintage, small, personal, classy, and completely unique. Mercedes and her husband totally captured that through the lens. These guys know what they’re doing, and they really tell a story with their cameras through beautiful images!

Mercedes is one of those photographers with true natural talent. Not to mention, she has a wonderful personality, she is incredibly easy to work with, and very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. She was able to provide us with beautifully composed photos, while also capturing the important moments that only happen for an instant. The amazing thing was that even though she was there for all the «moments,» I hardly noticed her during the wedding and reception. We were able to completely enjoy our day without cameras flashing in our faces the entire time.
Mercedes took the time to get to know us and really understand our personalities, and, as a result, the photos really reflect us. Her pictures clearly show the love between my husband, me and our families. They also show the fun atmosphere of the entire evening, and I am able to relive our wedding day through the photos.
