I have been a professional rolfer for 42 years. I completed my Advanced Rolfing class

with Dr. Ida Rolf in August, 1974. I have practiced in Colorado, Holland, and Texas.

Rolfing Structural Integration is a process of hands-​on bodywork which restores

length and flexibility to one’s body, improving vertical and symmetrical balance.

I first learned about Rolfing while I was on the Massage Staff at the Esalen Institute in

Big Sur, California in 1971.

I had the opportunity to be Dr. Rolf“s model in a Rolfing class she taught in the Summer

of 1971, interviewed with her, took nursing school courses at Monterey Peninsula Junior

College, and completed my Basic Rolfing training in 1972 – 73​.My educational background

includes a degree in Russian Language and Literature from Yale University in New Haven. Connecticut, Class of 1967.
