Wow the most unproffesional, unresponsive, business I heve EVER dealt with. I purchased a Buy with Me coupon for cleaning and yard services. I started to call immediately to schedule them for 1 month out. We were having a large function at our home and my maid was moving back to her homeland, so I thought this would be a perfect time to replace her. I NEVER got a response after 20+ messages, 10+ emails and I even faxed them several times. Not one response. Had to file a complaint with the BBB and Buywith me. These people will not be in business long I assure you.

I bought a deal with Urban Dealight. Called several times, only got voice mail, left messages, which were never returned until today by «Steve»
Who called me «psychotic» for calling so many times! He told me that that the contract was cancelled with Urban Dealight and he was very Rude and quite unprofessional!!! I contacted Urban Dealight, the gentleman I spoke to was quite courteous and my account was credited .
After reading the reviews I’m glad I didn’t use them. I will also report them to the BBB. Hope this helps.

Sooo Urban Dealight. GREAT SERVICE. Not a part of this review. I plan to write a similarly inverse review in that it will glow and be effusive in praise.
But these s.o.b.‘s are bad at business. I did my research, and before this deal got purchased, I looked here, naturally, to see what I could see. Two good, one bad review. OK, good enough for me, plus I live with slobs. When it came time to use the deal, I went on hold for 2 minutes, and left a message. No response. I did it again to the same tune two days later. Then again. Then again. Then again. Finally, fed up, I just g-​d went down there-​because I figured it was an office they work out of, right? Nope, it’s a house. And guess what? They don’t even operate there anymore. Who knows if they ever did?!
Still interested in getting the crap cleaned out of my house, I called again and decided that I’d try to contact a different office in hopes of simply reaching a human that is employed by this «company.» Bingo. I told the guy my story and he REFUSED to service my home. I was shocked. He told me to call Urban Dealight and get a refund. I told him to have a great day.

Do not patronize this entity even for free. It will not be worth the energy you’ll put in to obtain their service.

I also bought the Urban Dealight coupon — as a present for my poor boyfriend who hates to mow the lawn — but alas they have not returned 3 phone calls and one email, so I am giving up and requesting a refund too. How hard is it to return a phone call? If I could pick zero stars, that’s what I would give their customer service. This probably means I have to personally mow the lawn, too. UGH.

Too bad there isn’t a ‘0’ stars option… I too have experienced the exact same issues as the other reviewers. Signed up for the Urban Dealight deal on ³⁄₂₈. Tried to make an appointment on 3/30…spoke to someone. promise of an appointment on May 3^rd. As of may 17^th, one web request, and 3 phone calls later, they have yet to respond or come cut my yard. Perhaps «mighty poor service» would be a more suitable name.

This is the worst company I have EVER dealt with! It took over a month to actually get in touch with them (their fault, I tried constantly). They finally set an appointment for today, May 5^th. They sent a confirmation text 15 minutes before they were supposed to show up at noon, and then no one showed! Can’t find a way to give zero stars!

The folks at Might Tidy are pleasant and cheerful. This must be a new area business or have new management and staff as I discovered hiccups in getting the service arranged and paid for. As for the service itself, I was let down. After one hour of indoor house cleaning, the cleaning person seemed done, so I had to spend another hour pointing out my needs, which should be standard, and even then I was left with a lot of work to do on my own. I’ll seek other providers before considering this one again, although I hope MT does mature.

Poor communication, slow to respond and substandard work. The company advertised two mowings, edgings and blowing valued at $ 100 at a heavily discounted rate. I have had my yard professionally maintained for years and have historically paid $ 30 per visit. Based on the advertising I expected a professional crew to arrive with commercial grade equipment. A guy shows up at 6:50 pm in a tiny pickup that lacked any signage. He drops the back of the bed and wheels out a low end residential grade mower. The mowing and edging were completed but the blowing was an absolute joke. The one man crew spent less than 30 minutes total on my yard and simply moved leaves and pollen around the yard and worse yet into my neighbors yard. My patios, yard, driveway and beds remained full of leaves. Typically my yard takes a 3 man crew 30 minutes to complete Not a single leaf, yard clipping or ounce of pollen was removed from my property. This company is having a hard time honoring the commitments that they made to Groupon and Urban Dealight customers. Exceptionally poor quality work and to make matters worse the company artificially inflated the value of the deal. Their regular prices range from $ 25 – 32 per mowing (Well below the $ 50 value of the «promotion». Buyer beware.

I can only state caution. They are getting started so that is what it is…
But beyond that they are not quick to respond. The cleaning is OK but they send just one maid – and that maid actually left in the middle of the cleaning to pick up her child!
But Ok, things happen…
HOWEVER, I am simply not sold on their customer service. We asked for a service and they did not respond for many days. When they did it was for 10 days later, but they wanted payment NOW. Their payment form is just essentially an unsecured email.
But just the next day we received a notice through a coupon company. It was a discount from this maid service! Great! We bought it and on the payment form we mailed them the voucher number.
They would not accept it.
When questioned, they said it was because we scheduled the cleaning prior to the purchase of the coupon.
Again, I have to point out that it said NOTHING of this on the coupon notes which this company made. It said NOTHING of this on their website.
Nor does it make sense. They are the only maid service in town that we have used that wishes to utilize a pre payment, in insecure form, days in advance.
I was patient at first, explaining these items, and mentioning other examples – about why would you reserve a dinner table, for instance, and then prepay for it? Or for that dinner, if you came across a discount, why would you NOT be able to use it when you paid for the meal EVEN if you reserved the dinner table weeks in advance???
None of it was logical but the President of this company became quite belligerent and threatening on emails when I stated that I would post a social review.
Bottom line – not really an efficient service at this point. And it is unclear that customer service is understood.
The cleaning was OK. The cleaning lady was kind and nice. The company was responsive to critiques.
But we will not be doing serivce with them again in the near future.
***As a sidenote – the issuing group coupon company agreed with me and issued me a full refund.
