Great service and prompt repairs (As long as you are okay with them not contacting you when your phone is repaired. You have to call them to get an update.) And they replace my camera on the phone after they repaired the broken screen at no charge. They could have made the case that the camera broke when I dropped my phone, but they didn’t.

I’ve never written a Unilocal review before, but the service I have received from this establishment is great. I have used them for years for various cracked screens, etc. Today my poorly charging 5 decided to longer charge at all. I envisioned a day without my phone and at least a $ 100.00 charge to fix the charging port. Instead, the nice young man cleaned a giant piece of dust/​dirt from my phone and it worked immediately. He also would not take any money for the service. Of course they have charged me in the past for work done, but they are always fast, reasonable and reliable. There is parking in back by the way.

I smashed my iPhone screen really bad and thought it was done for. Luckily I found the Mobile Phone Geeks! Walked in Sunday afternoon, dropped off the phone, and an hour later they had my phone back to new again. $ 150 for replacement of the iPhone 6 Plus screen. I think that might be about $ 20 more than Apple but to me it’s worth it to avoid the huge crowd and time it takes to get helped at Apple.

These guys are awesome! Retrieved all my vacation photos off a broken, soaking wet iPhone. They did it quickly and didn’t charge a ridiculously amount like some other places.

I took my phone in because the screen started to peel back due to another company installing it incorrectly when I had shattered the glass.
I was told it would cost around 130 to fix, which I thought was fair, considering I couldn’t hear people unless I used the speaker phone.
When I returned, the gentlemen told me he put a few new screws (that he other company failed to insert), put the parts back in place, and added a little glue. AND told me that there would be no charge since it was so simple for him to fix.
I offered him money for being so honest and helpful, but he refused and just told me to tells others about his service. I wanted to make sure I shared my experience to let people know how satisfied I am and give them an A+. I hope I don’t have to go back, but if I did, I would certainly go back for their services.

$ 175 for a new iPhone screen & case, out the door in an hour. Super friendly service. (A welcome relief after two unproductive visits to the nightmare that is the Apple Store, and having a bad screen put on by some repair kiosk at the mall.) Will definitely return for my future repair needs!

Awesome work, loved talking to these dudes. They were fast professional and fixed previous repair mistakes AND my most recent (horrible) broken screen on my iPhone 5s. I bought the extra glass screen to protect the screen from cracking again and I love it. It feels and looks just like the normal screen. I’m so excited about my phone being fixed. Great place.

These guys are great! I have brought several of my iPhones to them over the years. They are much faster and cheaper than the Apple Store and everything works great after.
Today I took my iPhone 6 in because I was having difficulty getting the cable to stay plugged in and keep charging. They fixed it within 2 min and I was out the door.
I would recommend them to anyone needing quick and cheap phone repairs.

I’ve used this place twice unfortunately lol Last time was great, but THIS time, I had phenomenal service. My phone was basically torn to shreds– my button was missing and there were shards of glass falling off. I got the phone back, and it looks new, everything works perfect, and I bought a great custom case from them that has a glass cover. These guys are quick, friendly and informative. I wish I could remember the guy who helped me out today, but I know he was running the shop by himself, he seemed super busy but still got me everything in a few hours.

Great experience! Their prices were competitive, the staff was super friendly with great customer service, and the turnaround was fast.
When my first replacement screen glitched (not too uncommon in my experience, and I’ve broken a lot of iPads), they were very apologetic and swapped out a new screen right away. They even discounted the price of the repair and threw in a free screen cover. Highly recommend!

I was traveling through Austin when disaster struck… broken iPad mini screen. I called about three places I researched on Unilocal and picked these guys because they had decent reviews and promised next day service for the least expensive price.
When I dropped off my iPad they emailed me a receipt with the wrong name on it because of spellcheck, so when I called in the first time to check on the repair they couldn’t find me in the system. I was finally found using the order number…
In repairing my screen they damaged my «LED» which didn’t cost me any money, but did take another day for the part. Once repaired they called me for pick up and it seems to be 100%.

Fixed my screen in a few hours even though I could tell they were busy. Paid the same price I would have if I bought insurance through T-​Mobile.
Though my credit card company didn’t recognize the business and flagged it as fraud alert, the guy helping me in Mobile Phone Geeks was patient and helped me clear things up with them. Thanks Mobile Phone Geeks!

Brought my phone in to have a cracked screen repaired. Phone was returned with a new screen. Within 2 months the left side and bottom part of the screen became unresponsive. I brought it back to them to see if it was a faulty screen or just a loose connection. They determined the screen needed to be replaced. I decided to take my phone back and decide on how I wanted to proceed with this matter. That night I went to charge my phone and it would not charge, this was not an issue before. I now bring my phone in to have the charge port inspected. TWO weeks later and no communication from them I go in to the store to inquire about my phone. They still have not gotten around to it. They told me it would be $ 50 to fix. A good price if I had damaged the phone, but it was their faulty screen and their damage to the charge port. I asked why the $ 50 fee and I was told it was for labor costs. Replacing the necessary parts should take no more than 15 minutes for an experienced tech. I stated this equates to a rate of $ 200 an hour and thought that was absurd. The response I received was that they were doing me a favor by not charging me for the cost of the parts.
So let me get this straight, charging me at a rate of $ 200 an hour to fix a faulty screen they installed and a charge port they damaged is doing me a favor? Real nice.
I work at a local high school and will be sure to tell all the kids to take their business elsewhere and you should to.

They have some extra screen protectors and covers too. Prices are fair but the selection is smaller than the larger stores.

Terrible service. Went 3 times for Samsung s4 screen fix. Still not fixed. I gave up.
I had problem with only the screen and before giving it to them, they confirmed themselves that it’s only the front screen.
My touch screen stopped working after they fixed my front screen. When I went to complain the same for the 3^rd time, they asked $ 70 more.

These guys are awesome. They are super knowledgeable, quick, and affordable. I went in with a cracked iPhone screen and was out with a fixed phone within 35 minutes. Unreal service!
