Movecorp

I recently moved the medical practice I manage. I had interviewed 5 moving companies and chose MoveCorp. I am so happy that I did! I selected them because:
1) They do only business moves, and they had recently moved a couple of large local offices with good reviews
2) Their crate system of packing seemed most efficient and offered the least amount of damage to my items
3) Their pricing model was straightforward and competitive.
We started by having a rep come meet with my entire team for a «pack meeting». He went over how to pack the crates, how to label, etc. VERY helpful information!
On the day of the move, the team (and by «team» I mean 2 supervisors and at least 16 other guys!) arrived PROMPTLY at 7:59 ready for our 8:00 start time. They started by parading all of the crates into the first truck, and they were all loaded by 8:20. They quickly filled a 2^nd truck with more, and I accompanied them to our new location by 9:00. They had a 3^rd truck that pulled in after we left, and the trucks kept rotating until we were done. We moved 5000 sq ft of medical office supplies, furniture and equipment in 6 hours! This includes them bringing equipment we had delivered to the new building from storage to its permanent home. When everything had arrived, the supervisors went room to room with me to make sure I was happy with the placement of all exam tables, etc., so that my staff would not have to move it again.
I was amazed at the efficiency and quality of MoveCorp! We did not have damage to one item, and all of the movers were very friendly and respectful. I would highly recommend them to any business that is moving.

I was referred to Movecrop via the management company of an office building we were in. The process was great, they were able to send someone out immediately to take a look at the items we needed moved. They also made some calls to see if we were able to sell the furniture to a re-​sale shop which was very nice and above and beyond! this didn’t work out, but they did send a great group of guys out to complete the move to a storage unit, everyone was very friendly and efficient! They even took the lock and the code for the storage and were able to move the items in without me being present which was very much appreciated! All in all a great experience and i would recommenced them to anyone looking for a moving company!

For an office move in early 2013.
Good salesman, great organization (detail orientated and very efficient), nice moving team. Great overall job.
But then dealing with the invoice and payment details later, he turned nasty and mean and curt, and lots of back and forth. I didn’t need that at the tail end of a big office move.

We used MoveCorp to move our small business from one office building to another about 2 miles away here in Austin. We’d originally considered using a «regular» mover who primarily handles home-​based moves but decided to go with MoveCorp and we are SO glad we did. Business moves is all these guys do, and they are VERY good at it. We didn’t have two guys and a truck show up, thank goodness, like what would’ve likely happened with a home-​based mover. Instead, we had a crew of 6 guys and two trucks. Their system was very efficient and made it easy to both prep for the move, and to recover from it afterwards.
The crew was very professional and patient and they did terrific work. If you have a business to move, I would not hesitate to use MoveCorp, they’ll take great care of you.

I used MoveCorp for a recent office move of over 5000 square feet and couldn’t be happier. Mike walked me through all possible scenarios for the move, provided excellent consultation on the move procedure. His crew arrived early and finished much earlier than anticipated. All went smoothly and not a single item was damaged during the move. The crew went above and beyond in making sure special items I was particularly concerned with were handled appropriately. They provided additional service on the following Monday to move furniture around and hang artwork for me. Moving an entire company after 12 years at a location is a harrowing experience, but MoveCorp made it a whole lot easier on me and my nerves.
