History

Established in 2013.

MSpaces was started by Hunter Monk as part of the Longhorn Startup Lab in the University of Texas. We began with furnished apartments that acted as a replacement for a hotel, hosting guests for a few nights at a time.

As we grew, we realized that we provided more value for guests staying for several months at a time.

We are rapidly expanding, adding an average of two new living spaces every month.
