I love this place. Great Food, Great Staff and I love their chips and pickles! One of my favorite Sandwiches is the Creole Catfish Sandwich! To Die for!!!

Great pimento cheese sandwich. It was actually some of the best pimento cheese I have ever had.

My first trip to Noble was amazing, from food to service and everything in between. I was able to sample the pimiento sandwich. It was my first pimiento experience, and certainly won’t be my last. I ordered the Knuckle Sandwich — a creative, flavorful take on the french dip. The au jus was unlike any I’ve had and absolutely incredible. The staff was passionate about the product — the guy who checked us out gave us really good recommendations and seemed truly passionate about sandwiches. One guy that worked there brought us some extra fries that got made, no charge. Super nice folks. It’s hard to find a good sandwich in Austin, and I think I’ve found my go-to.

It’s one of those places that makes you say sometimes things are so good that you just don’t care. The bread is hearty, grilled perfectly and there’s not too much to the sandwich so that everything complements each other well. I really like the Knuckle sandwich with the roast beef and onions and cheddar. It just works. Would highly recommend it. Expensive for a sandwich, yes it is. But like I said, some things in life are so good, that who cares…

So, I was craving pimento cheese, and my beloved go-to Avenue B Grocery is still closed for the holidays. I ordered one from Noble Pig — what a disappointment! For $ 9, I got less than 2 total tablespoons of pimento cheese(I have a picture posted somewhere on here with the tag SadSandwich). The grilled onions were a nice touch, and the cheese was tasty, but the portion was ridiculous! It came with a couple of pieces of romaine, some nasty«oil cured» pickles, which thank goodness, I had them put on the side and some Ruffles-type potato chips. By scraping the pimento cheese off of 1 half and adding it to the other, I got about 1 half as much cheese as you would usually find on a sandwich. So, in total, I got about ¼ of a normal portion.

I came in on a Tuesday at ~10:30 am, so it wasn’t very busy yet. This gave me a chance to ask the cashier if he could help with recommendations, as everything on the menu looked exciting, interesting, and delicious. He was very friendly and also chatted up a bit about where I was from and what I was doing in the area while we rang up the transaction. Towards the end of the meal, he stopped by my table to ask if I liked his recommendation, a very thoughtful gesture seeing how he remembered my name and order. The serving size of sandwich, chips, and pickled veggies is a good reasonable size, so you can go back to your business without feeling heavy and stuffed. The food tasted fresh and delicious, and the staff were all friendly. There are both indoor and outdoor seating areas, which are both a bit small, but so is the parking lot.

This is one of those places where deciding on what to get is incredible hard because of how delicious all of the options sound. I got the Knuckle Sandwhich and it was very good. The roast beef seemed to be pretty high-grade and it came with chips and a pickled veggie salad. The service was very quick and the staff was friendly and witty. I was charmed by the interior design and setup of the restaurant. Very welcoming and calming. I can’t wait to go back and try all of the other options. It doesn’t seem like you can go wrong here. There are just too many choices and all of the choices are very enticing!

Noble never does me wrong. I’ve tried almost all of their menu items(and tons of daily specials) and 100% of the time they have been amazing. The price point is great(especially if you skip the alcohol) and you’ll often end up with leftovers. While there’s sometimes a line to order, service has always been very quick and the family style seating is never chaotic or loud in my experience. Noble has become one of my favorite spots for a quick bite to eat. During the slower hours of the day, bring a book and sip on some cider with your pup outside.

Somehow my immediate neighborhood has become the Apex of casual foodiness over the past few years. While I’m not compliaining, its taking me a while to get through and to all the new offerings nearby! Recently we decided to give Noble Sandwich a try. The parking is great– just go around back… don’t try to fight the Pinthouse Pizza madness. The interior is bright, lovely and interestingly designed. Unfortunately, I just don’t think the flavor of their sandwiches match the price tag. For almost $ 10 I expected my turkey chop sandwich to knock my socks off, but I had to put some extra pickles on just to work some flavor out of it. My hubby got the swine burger(recommended by staff) which we also found to be just all right. On a very positive note their GF bun was amazing and the homeeade pickles outstanding. We loved the patio and their house made pickles were off the charts. I imagine we’ll head back and maybe try some different sandwiches soon.

This is one of my favorite places to go for a tasty sandwich. They never seem to disappoint. They have a great selection of sandwiches and wonderful sides to choose from. A couple of my favs is the Cuban and jalapeño slaw, they also have a roast beef sandwich that’s pretty awesome. The staff is always so helpful and friendly. This place is top notch and you should definitely check it out!

This location is awesome. Parking is easy to find. As long as you are not going during the peak meal times. The food was great. The staff are helpful in giving recommendations. I am exactly a sandwich person. However, the food here was amazing. Pickled carrots and vegetables were not unnaturally sour peppered chips were seasoned well Creole catfish was tender and delicious enough to make your lips curl into a smile Definitely coming back.

Came here upon some highly valued recommendations to try their duck pastrami reuben, but I have to say it did not live up to the hype for me. First off, my sandwich seemed to be a lil skimpy on the meat. When I get more than one bite that is sans duck pastrami and nothing but kraut??? The duck pastrami was not bad, but it was not great. And for the reuben version, you ask for that style and there is a $ 1.50 upcharge(for the Rye?), but mine still had the pickles on it which gave the sandwich a weird sort of taste when combined w/the kraut. I also got the happy hour bacon fries that came w/bacon aioli. And, while I enjoyed these more than my sandwich, a number of fries were either over or under cooked, so I ended up eating the chips that had come w/the sandwich w/the bacon aioli rather than the fries. Maybe it was an off day or a fluck, but for almost $ 14 bucks(just for the sandwich and happy hour priced fries, no drink) I must say I will not be coming back to find out if it was or not. I did want to say, however, that the staff was very nice and enthusiastic and was able to recommend items knowledgeably, so the customer service experience here was great! However, seeing that is not a full service restaurant, that my meal did not make. Sorry, Noble, I really did want to like you.

«You have bacon in your hair»… Something you’d really only wanna hear from your BFF of 30+ years and not feel embarrassed. And, it’s only because I tilted the little bowl the bacon fries came in, like the last crumbs of a Cheetos bag, into my mouth to get all the last delicious crumbs of wonderful salted pork. BFF rolls up in here gangsta style. They all know his name and will hook him up with a freebie or two. So, we went for HH… oh, you didn’t know they had Happy Hour? Well, we of course researched it all on the internets to cram our decisions since we were gonna get there late(ends at 7:00) and were sorely disappointed that they no longer offer the charcuterie plate or the basket of bacon due to Holiday madness(?). Seeing the sad faces tho, the nice Noble man gave us a Snickerdoodle and free drinks with our sandwiches. Oh, and for HH, we got the TWODOLLARBACONFRIESWITHBACONAIOLI and the $ 2 scoop of not-yo-mama’s pimento cheese. AND, bubbles are half off by the glass or 25% off by the bottle. We, of course, did the maths and went with the bottle bargain. We always go bottle… as BFF says«Drinking with you is a competitive sport»…my glass waits for no one! After sitting at the communal table and popping our cork(I insisted on doing it… it’s one of my greatest pleasures), the nice couple at the table asked what we were celebrating. Uh, we’re celebrating a discount on bubbles, DUH! They were Noble virgins so we talked them up a bit and delighted in their first time delight. BFF even bought them some slices of the Noble Bacon Bread to try(see? He Godfather Gangsta). We of course loved our sandwiches but DEMFRIES. Two dollars can’t even hardly get you McDonalds fries and these were next level shit fries with the bacon crumbles and that aioli that rocked my world even tho I HATE mayo. I put that shit on my chips and my sandwich and my veggies and… well, I’ll leave the rest to your imagination. Bacon in my hair was a small price to pay to get that goodness(mostly) in mah mouth. IFBFF will agree to eat with me in public again, we will definitely return.

Solid sandwich shop! I ordered the PBLT and wow, the pork belly melts in your mouth. You can taste the quality of the meat and the garlic aioli compliments the smokiness of the pork well. My only complaint is The bread was a little too soggy for my liking, but that’s a personal preference. I also tried the cheese fries and the truffle fries, but definitely go for the truffle fries! Better taste in my opinion. The Mac and cheese also looks great, but that will be for next time. Prices are more on the expensive side of things, but worth the try! The décor was spot on! I liked the interior of the store and they had a nice patio outside for extra space. Parking was almost full so be wary! Staff was friendly, especially for a busy Saturday lunch rush. All in all, great experience! Will come again soon.

I visited the place up north a few times and I’ve been waiting for a chance to hit the one near my ‘hood when it wasn’t stupid busy. That’s not that often. The line is KILLER during peak times. Make sure you either bring your patience pants or go at like, 3pm. I had them make me a special sandwich once(turkey and bacon, they might serve something like that now but not a few years ago), and now twice, I’ve had the thai chicken sandwich. It’s just awesome. It’s my favorite. Spicy vinegar-y thai coleslaw and delicious grilled chicken on buttery toasty bread. Served with salt and pepper chips and a side of pickled veggies. If you’re into the pork, Joel W has gotten the Noble Pig sandwich every time he’s been there and has thoroughly enjoyed it. So there’s that. A sandwich and all the fixins and a cold beer or cider made a good Saturday afternoon great. Noble pig, indeed!

Do yourself a favor. Come here on a hungry day. Get in line and smile at the employees. Get the pork belly or the beef tongue(!!!) or duck or actually, blindfold yourself and just point to something on the menu. Take a seat on a cute bench and marvel at the cute pig photos on the wall. Marvel at your sandwich when it comes out. Take a bite. Take a moment to flip out at how amazingly happy your mouth and brain and stomach is at that bite. Finish one of the best sandwiches you will have ever eaten(or try). Then leave and look back wistfully, planning the next time you’ll be here.

Stopped in for a quick sandwich and a beer. I grabbed the(KNUCKLESANDWICH — ROASTBEEF, HORSERADISH, CARAMELIZEDONIONSANDCHEDDAR…$ 8.75) and my partner in crime ordered the(SMOKEDDUCKPASTRAMIWITHRUSSIANDRESSINGANDRYEPICKLES…$ 9.00) The Knuckle one was lacking in flavor, and the horseradish sauce had a strange taste to it, couldn’t peg it, but it wasn’t pleasing by any means. The roll also seemed to be super greasy on the outside of it, leaving my hands oily after every touch. The Au jus that comes with it for some dipping action, was more like creamed country gravy… seriously have never had Au jus like it before, super disappointing! But if I had some mashed potatoes… Game on! I grabbed a half of the Smoked Duck Pastrami, this in my opinion had some distinguishing flavors to it, and might have saved the meal for the most part. Crispy rye bread, sandwich was seasoned well, and didn’t fall apart when biting into it. Ordered a side of the pickle sampler, go ahead and skip that one. the sandwiches come with some pickled treats on the tray in the corner anyways. Overall, don’t think I would be back. Too many other options along the Burnet strip for my cravings.

Noble should definitely add the word«meat» into their name. Forget the sandwich, I would just eat their meat BBQ style and buy them in pounds for the family! Anyway, delicious sandwiches, certainly one of the best in town. There are so many sandwiches to try here but if I had to choose, I would rank my top 3 as PBLT, The Noble Pig, and the Duck Pastrami. The pork belly literally melts in your mouth. The noble pig creates a balanced combination of meat and sauce. If you fancy an even more oily meal, you can even switch out the bread for their famous BACON bread. Personally, I could do without it, but it’s still delicious and worth trying at least once. So if a friend is in town and feeling like having sandwiches, bring them here and blow them away with deliciousness.

The staff is friendly, the sandwiches are delicious and the parking is easy. Ordered the Knuckle Sandwich(roast beef, horseradish, caramelized onion, cheddar) and boy was it tasty! I also really liked the small size of pickled veggies that came on the side. If I had to have one critique it would be the chairs. The restaurant has an über modern-hip feel, which I like, but backless chairs… that’s just cruel. :p Overall, great first experience and I’d definitely recommend!

Seems like these guys are open for dinner now! They’re experimenting with their menu and I got the pork burger. It was delicious and it really hit the spot. The pork route seemed risky at first, but I definitely don’t regret getting it. One fun thing was that I got three French fries. I ate all three and was satisfied. I recommend trying their sandwiches as well. You can’t go wrong with their signature sandwiches. Parking is pretty packed in this burnet area. Nearby restaurants and retail seem to be sharing the space, so finding parking will be pretty rough at peak times.
