Robert was a great help for buying a nice chair. Good place to look for used or new office bargains.

I was looking for a particular type of office chair, I called and spoke with Robert and he said he had some that I could try. I went in and he showed me what I had asked for as well as alternant ones. I picked an alternant as it set better and was less expensive. I took it back to my home office and my better half said she wanted one also. Called Robert and he said he had one at his other location and would pick it up that afternoon and have it ready for us the next day. It is a small operation but a large selection in about 30,000 sq ft. I’m sure that they may be closed for lunch sometime so I would call first.

Is this place still open? Went there Friday during lunch (12:30 ish). Looked abandoned, although when I went to peek through the heavily tinted glass (no office hours posted) I could see lights were on, and messy desks. Looked like someone might have stepped out for lunch. I called. No answer. I left and came back at 1:15. Same deal. Certainly wasted my lunch hour.

I am not sure what is up with the negative reviews. I was looking for an office chair for my son and was not looking to break the bank. I knew what I wanted to spend. I called first and they had quite a few chairs to choose from.
I roll in and had my choice of chairs to choose from. Some of the chairs had seen better days, but knew I could use the parts from them to fix my current broken chair if I needed to. I am a bigger guy and the chair I choose was nice and did not break the bank.
I would definitely buy from this place again.

I have largely overseen our office moves and the purchase of all furniture for new employees and additional office space. I have worked with Office Outlet from the beginning, specifically with the salesman Robert. I highly recommend going with Office Outlet for all your furniture needs. Robert is willing and competent to take on large projects for us such as exploring space planning and layouts for new suites we’re considering. Working in software is fast-​paced, and Robert easily keeps up with our multitude of requests; he’s an expert when it comes to designing refurbished and re-​upholstered modular furniture which looks brand new and top-​of-​the-​line, yet costs our company a fraction of the price you’d think we’d paid. Whether you need to buy a few office desks and chairs or you are trying to build-​out cubicles for 50 software developers, Robert and the staff at Office Outlet will see that you are taken care of at a price that’s reasonable. I can’t speak more highly of this team.

I’ve bought a couple of chairs from Office Outlet and had such a nice experience I’m actually writing a Unilocal review.. . for an office supply store.
Here’s some reasons for my recommendation:
— You get the same high level of service whether you’re a buying furniture for a large office or just a home owner buying some office chairs for a small home office.
— There’s a broad array of interesting and even high-​end chairs in stock (though they have furniture at many price points). If they don’t have what you’re interested in, it’s possible they will in a month or so, just because the flux of their inventory.
— The furniture is generally used and prices are accordingly very fair. The wear on the chairs is rarely noticeable, and if it is, they’ll service it to your satisfaction (they’ve likely got the parts because their inventory is so large). So why pay over $ 1,000 for a chair at stores like The Human Solution, when you can get the same quality of chair for about $ 400 or $ 500.
— Robert or whoever is there is generally pretty knowledgeable about all the companies and models out there, and you’ll get an honest opinion about which companies/​models have more hype than quality.
— They’ve started making some custom chairs with a manufacturer (ask them about it). I just bought one of these mesh chairs, and have been really satisfied. I have a back injury, so I’m extremely sensitive to chairs that discourage proper posture. The experience has met or surpassed that of the more expensive chairs I’ve sat in. And these chairs are relatively stylish as far as office chairs go.
The only reason I’m not giving the final star in this review is because sometimes the hours of operation are inconvenient (very limited weekend hours).

If you don’t have a few months to complete your furniture order, i highly recommend against shopping here. It only took a couple weeks to get the 2 desks and conference table with chairs, but the third desk (which is needed) has taken 3 months to the day, since its been paid for. The order was ‘messed up’ a few times, for who knows why, and now i call almost every other day, with promise it will be delivered that day. No delivery, no call. I was dealing with a guy named Robert. Very bad experience.
