It started years ago in New Mexico where Out to Lunch founder, Dave, sharpened his hummus-​making skills by trying new ingredients, until he found the perfect blend. «I’ve always believed in eating healthy, and all natural hummus is excellent for you,» explained Dave. «I made it my passion.»

Upon moving to Austin, Dave continued making more hummus, while adhering to these lifelong rules: «It must be fresh. It must use the best ingredients. It must be handcrafted.» Today, these rules are mixed in with every batch we make. Our Garbanzo Beans are the freshest on the market. Our red peppers are hand roasted, onions are pan fired, and cilantro is hand chopped. You catch our drift. Relentless in trying to satisfy your taste buds, Out to Lunch offers a full lineup of dips and sauces ranging from cool to fire and touching every taste in between.
