Ravinder is an artist and perfectionist. She made me feel at ease and hers was the best threading job I have ever received. Highly recommended. $ 12 for eyebrow shaping!

I purchased a Groupon that included a full set of mink eyelashes, 30 min oxygen therapy, and an eyelash refill. I chose to purchase this one since it included the re-​fill, and it was around the holidays so I wanted them to stay looking nice. I had never tried eyelash extensions or oxygen therapy before. I was pleased with my initial visit. The place looks nice, and it was relaxing. The oxygen therapy helped me feel relaxed while I was having the eyelash extensions put on. I think that the lady did a great job with them. She scheduled me for my re-​fill exactly 2 weeks later, which was on Christmas eve. I asked if she was sure that was ok, and she said it was fine. Well, I get a phone call that morning right as I’m about to leave to go to the appointment from a different lady saying that this lady is sick and needs to reschedule. I reschedule the appointment for the following week the day before a big holiday party I was planning to go to. I get another call the day of this appointment asking me to reschedule again. I said I was really hoping to have them filled before this holiday party, but the lady said they didn’t have anything available until after. I rescheduled anyway for the day before NYE, which I was planning to go out of town for. Well, guess what… they call to reschedule me AGAIN that day, asking if I can come at a later time on the same day. I couldn’t since I had to work. I called them back when I got back from out of town the week after NYE, and they now said that they could not do the re-​fill since it’s been too long since the original appointment –_​-​. I explained that it wasn’t my fault that it kept being rescheduled, but the lady basically said there’s nothing she can do about it, and I could try asking Groupon for a refund. Well, Groupon was no help either. Honestly, the money wasn’t that big of a deal, but I don’t understand how anyone can run a business like this if they are constantly rescheduling appointments… I’m assuming since I had already paid for the re-​fill that’s why they didn’t really care, but I hope they don’t treat their regular customers like this. Also, I thought the point of Groupon was to increase your customer base… not going to happen if you treat them like this. Of course being sick happens, but if it’s their fault that the appointment keeps getting moved back then they need to still give me the re-​fill anyway even if it’s been «too long.»
Overall, the service itself was great — no complaints there, but I’m very disappointed that I never got the eyelash re-​fill that I paid for.

Oxygen Beauty Bar is a jewel! The Ladies are very professional and give exceptional customer service! I have been getting my eyebrows threaded now for the past 5 years however there was no consistency with the kiosk in the mall. I guess the 3^rd time around is a charm because that is when I found Seema and I’ve been with her every since and don’t plan on going anywhere else! I highly recommend the Oxygen Beauty Bar!

I have been threading my eyebrows for years and yet most cities still have few locations (in comparison to waxing) so I was so happy this place opened in a convenient location! The ladies are gentle with threading and take their time to keep your brows looking great. Definitely my go-​to spot!

I went again, and I absolutely LOVED it.
The therapist was different from the one I visited last time (a little bit older), and she was phenomenal. She was very careful, and took the time to thread, pluck, trim, and even put powder on my eyebrows at the end. I guess the experience really depends on the threadist, but the convenience and price is hard to beat.

I got a Groupon for two eye brow threading for $ 14. The place is really pretty inside and the receptionist/​threader was really nice. I know the first comment said she had a bad experience but that hasn’t been my case. Yes eyebrow threading hurts like hell, but beauty is pain. She did an great job and was very delicate. I have used up my Groupon but I will definitely be going back!
