Palm Beach Tan

This is the cleanest tanning salon I have ever been too! Lindsey, who I believe to be the manager was super sweet and took great care of me. I have never done bed tanning, but she picked out a tanning lotion for me and I tanned in their Diamond level bed. I love how glowy I look after tanning and I will for sure be back.

Worst. Mystic. Ever.
Relocated to the area and googled ‘mystic tans’ — I have had really positive experiences in the past, in Maryland, and wanted to recreate them. Was appalled at the price, for starters — even the ‘package deal’ put each tan at almost twice what I was previously paying — but each of my three tans SUCKED, too! The first one, I thought might have been my fault — maybe I was too cocky given my new machine/​location and transferred non-​transferable technique? — so I was extremely careful and vigilant the other two times, both before/​during/​after tanning, and still bitterly disappointed. Every tan has been completely uneven, so one side is really dark and one side looks completely unaffected, and they also seem to make my skin break out like crazy (despite assurances I’d be getting the same product/​experience I was used to). So bummed… The tanning beds might be okay, but DON’T EVER GO HERE for the mystic. I’ll never go back.

I’m an advocate for Palm Beach over any other tanning company but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Palm Beach location — and I’ve been going to various locations for over 10 years. Lindsay was shrill, aggressive and completely unwelcoming. There aren’t even stand up beds at this location. Never coming back.

I’ve never had a tanning membership before so I was a little intimidated when I came to this location. Tiffany, the store manager, was so incredibly helpful and nice. She took her time to go through all of the memberships and didn’t try to sell me on anything. The beds were clean and I was able to get in and get out. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone!

I went in for a spray tan and as I was paying the $ 40.00 (most I’ve ever spent on a spray tan) a lady came out complaining that noting came out but air. The employee told her that was «normal» to not feel liquid. After my experience, I too only felt air and looked the exact same coming out as I did going in. Very disappointed and don’t plan on returning.

I’m a bigger girl that gets pretty self conscious about these things but Kaley was an angel ! She made me feel immediately comfortable when I called in and I felt great until the very end. I’d come back just to see her ! Thank you lady !

Awesome staff, never a wait, clean beds, and great prices.

I had been a customer of Tan It All for many many years. I had stopped for a while and decided I wanted to go back. I was not happy with their prices or hours. So I came to Unilocal to find a location near me. I went last night to Real Tan and talked with Alex. She was super nice even though she was very busy. Even with all the people coming in and out there was not much of a wait. She explained everything to me that I wanted to know about and I ended up with exactly what I wanted. Their hours are great, staff is hard working /​friendly, and it’s at a good location for me.

I’m pretty sure this is the location I go to. I only use the Mystic Tan system here, My Mist. I like it as much as at any place. The girls that work here are nice, a little out of it sometimes, but I suppose working in a tanning place can be mind numbing. It’s always clean, and they have towels and such for after you spray. The only draw back: They run out of the medium, pretty often. I know it’s the most popular color, but I think these places would get that after just a few times of running out. I suggest going in the AM as they run out of stuff more in the evening plus, due to there only being 1 My Mist booth, you have to wait for anyone ahead of you, unlike the tanning beds, which there are a lot of.
