Passion for Order is a professional organizing service that will downsize, declutter, and set up systems to keep you organized. We work with both business and residential clients. In the office, we identify ways to streamline your workflow, control paper clutter, set up a fabulous file system, and help you improve your calendar and time management. We define, document, and teach new processes to that ensure everyone is following the same efficient and effective processes. In the home, we organize garages, kitchens, pantries, playrooms, and bedrooms. For busy families with school-​age children, we can set up the family command center to manage the family’s schedule, activities, and obligations.

In addition to hands-​on organizing, we also offer public and private workshops, virtual organizing, and public speaking.

History

Established in 2009.

Catharine was formerly a process improvement and quality engineer in the high-​tech world. She decided to apply process improvement skills to the field of professional organizing and opened Passion for Order in 2009. The work is fun and rewarding. Passion for Order — organizing the world, one closet at a time!

Business Owner

Catharine worked in the high-​tech world for over 30 years as a software process improvement, quality engineer, and trainer. In 2009, she decided to apply her process improvement skills to the field of professional organizing. Her engineering background provides a firm foundation to improve work flow and processes in the office environment. Catharine can assist businesses with defining and documenting Standard Operating Procedures, as well as provide training for the staff on the procedures. Catharine also organizes residential spaces, including planning for a move and unpacking after a move. She has a BBA with a Major in Data Processing and a Master of Science in Computer Science.

Catharine’s gentle methods and her focus on a successful outcome results in very satisfied clients.
