FINALLY received my iPod back from this business and it still doesn’t work. You can make your own judgment but I doubt I will ever be recommending or using this business ever again.

Sent in my iPod using the online ordering form. Two weeks later I have not heard from them. I tried calling them but got a recording every time to leave a message. I left several messages and no returned call.
Me thinks my iPod is gone.

I was able to get my device fixed for a lower price than quoted by others. The employees were very personable and friendly and resolved all my issues. Overall I had a very positive experience and I would definitely come here again.

Had to replace iPad screen. 1 day and $ 80 later they did. That’s it. No drama. Good job.

I damage my phone way too much because of the business I’m in. I’ve taken my phone to this location countless times, and every time they’ve taken care of me with zero setbacks, miscommunication, or unreasonable pricing.
I wish I had the option of giving 6 stars! Thank you PDA Smart!

Check this place out — you AND your wallet will be glad you did! I shattered my iPhone screen and went here after calling around to check prices. They were friendly, repaired my phone quickly, and charged way less than everyone else quoted for the same repair. It’s been two months since the repair and I haven’t had any issues with my phone.

iPhone 5S. After two more visits after my initial visit, I decided to change my review. I had wonderful customer service and the people were always very nice and accommodating, but alas — the purpose of my visit was to fix my phone. I returned after the first time because the screen was not placed correctly and there was a section that stood out. After a couple days of use, I found out that my front sensor wasn’t working. So when I hold the phone up to my head during a call, the screen would not black out and I’d end up pushing buttons with my cheek. They gladly fixed and sweetly apologized both times, but It was an inconvenience, and I still paid the same initial price. Throughout the ownership of this phone, I intermittently had issues with that front sensor still. I hope their quality of work improves, because I have stopped referring business over. 3 stars for great price and customer service, but minus 2 stars for quality of work.

Had a shattered iPad Mini screen and was fortunate to find this establishment after contacting several other shops. The shortest repair time given at any of the other businesses was one week and the cost would have been nearly twice what I paid at PDASmart.
When I arrived just before lunchtime, the very-​friendly and courteous Marcella told me they’d have it repaired by the end of the day. This was great news for me as I was leaving on a business trip the next morning and needed my iPad for work. Although prepared to return to their store later in the day, I opted to stop at a nearby favorite spot for lunch and by the time I had paid my tab, Marcella called and said my device was ready… less than an hour and a half since dropping it off.
Since then, I’ve sent several friends and family members PDASmart’s way and they’ve all been quite satisfied with the great service and very fair prices. Recently, I needed to have a little «tweaking» done on my iPad and they do stand by their 90-​day warranty. I don’t look forward to needing my phone or iPad worked on again in the near future, but when it does happen, I’m glad to know where these folks are located!

Several months ago my IPhone 5′ screen cracked and iPhone Repair Gods replaced the broken screen. Yesterday the screen popped out on one of the corners of the IPhone. Today I called up IPhone repair Gods and explained the situation of my screen popping out of the phone and they said they will not be able to fix it, but that they will give me a discount… For only $ 80 instead of paying $ 100 they will replace the screen. I was not happy with that answer and contacted PDASmart. They lady on the phone was very nice and said that they will glue the screen for FREE! So I took my iPhone to the store and in 10 minutes I walked out the store with my IPhone repaired. Thank you! I will definitely come back for my future IPhone repairs.

I do not recommend this place. I went there to get my phone screen replaced, twice, that actually led to more problems.
The people there are so friendly and definitely have the best prices. They were always super quick in fixing my phone (1 hour at most). I do have a case that isn’t supposed to allow the screen to break and I broke it twice with the case on. The first time I wasn’t suspicious but the second time I was. My camera also became disconnected multiple times.
Out of sheer convenience, I took my phone to a new place to only have the camera reconnected, because, frankly, I was tired of paying the $ 100 to have a screen replaced if it was going to just keep breaking. When they brought it out to me, they gave me the news. There were parts missing in my phone. The pads behind the screen and the screws at the top and the bottom. They basically did not put everything back and that was causing my screen to break when I dropped it.
Again, I do not recommend going to this place. You’ll walk out a happy customer and back in a few months later as an unhappy phone owner.

After calling several places I found Marcella at PDA and she assured me they could fix my iphone 5 that was thrown into the washing machine. Sure enough, they replaced several parts and i was up and running in just a few hours. Great service and honest about the repairs. Highly recommended!!!

I walked in on a Friday afternoon and had the screen replaced on my iPad mini within 2 hours. Fast, great communication, excellent repair!!!

I walked in at 5 (at closing) and they still fixed my phone. Super fast, really nice, and price was very competitive.
I’m will definitely use them when I break my screen again (probably within a couple of weeks).

All I can say is TERRIBLE!
I needed my iPad fixed. I took it to PDA smart. They had it for a week. I called and left messages, sent emails with no response. I finally showed up at their shop
It still wasn’t ready. I was leaving on vacation within a few hours and wanted it. They said they would overnight it the next day to our vacation hotel. We did receive it, but it wasn’t fixed! So I brought it back to them. They have now had it for a month! Each week they promise they will have it done. It is one excuse after another. They again, will not return emails or messages. This is ridiculous! These people are lazy and don’t do what they say they will. Don’t go here!
