After reading great reviews here and on the Lakeway Swap page on FB, I tasked this place to etch some Yeti’s for me for Christmas gifts. I wanted my hubby’s business logo on one side and his and his employee’s names/​initials on the other (I bought the Yeti’s myself and brought them in to be etched). I am super happy with the end product and everyone I have corresponded with here has been very nice. My beef is the poor communication.
I“m guessing this is a new and upcoming business? And I understand they were very busy around the holidays, but I would estimate 8 times out of ten that I called them I got a voicemail, left a message and did not get a prompt reply. This place is located in Dripping Springs, so, not so easy just to drive out there to talk to someone. Also, not easy to drive all the way out there to see if your product is ready on Dec 23^rd when they won’t respond to your messages and confirm that it is indeed done and ready.
They didn’t inspire a lot of confidence again with the email system. After several attempts at sending them the proper size of biz logo for the etching (it took the 3^rd attempt for them to be specific with the file size needed), they sent me a proof that I immediately ok’ed and they responded with a «great, we’ll get your order started!». Almost TWO WEEKS later I get an email asking if I’d looked at the proof they’d sent and could I OK it? Uh… and this on the day they estimated my Yeti’s to be done, not just getting started.
Like I said, I know it’s the holidaze and I really do love the end product, but the process was fairly stressful. I just think they need to work out those kinks and they’d be great!

I ordered what I thought was going to be a 30 oz. YETI Tumbler with a monogram in a circle. I didn’t get that. When I called to let them know I was disappointed in my order, I spoke with Amanda who has been hired for the Christmas rush. This was the 3^rd time out of 6 calls I had spoken to Amanda. I told her what my concern was and even sent her a copy of the original email from the company to me asking me to complete my order. She asked for number to call me back. That was 24 hours ago.
I’ve now had to source another company (local this time and less expensive) for the Christmas present I thought I was purchasing from Perfect Etch. Oh, and by the way, they go ahead and process your payment before they ship your product and when you try to find out how long your order might take, they don’t communicate with you.
They might be a good walk-​in store but their website ordering needs work. It’s not user friendly. I would not order over the website again.

Ordered two tumblers with etching when I saw company and met owner for 1^st time at a fund raiser event. Paid for product. Called 60 days later and they cannot even find my order from the event, but they found my payment.
I think this is a great product and great idea, but after dealing with owner directly, and having them forget about my order is enough for me to get a bad taste in my mouth about how company is managed.
Needless to say I just asked for a refund and they promptly refunded me. I hope others have a better experience.

Wow! Perfect Etch really came through for me and engraved 36 Yeti Ramblers on a very tight schedule for our company holiday party.
I can’t say enough good things about the high quality and great service… would have been a great deal at twice the price!

This place is amazing! Kati made everything very easy for me. Came in on a Tuesday with two yeti tumblers to get etched, ended up getting three more for gifts. So five tumblers and for a small fee she had them ready Wednesday afternoon! She emailed me some choices for fonts and pictures, which was great. This will be my spot for any and all future engraving or etching. Nicely done guys! Thank you again!

I had a couple of small things to get engraved and Perfect Etch did exactly what I wanted and finished the job early. The designer worked with me to get the layout just right and managed a few changes quickly and professionally.

If you’re looking for somewhere to get something personalized, this is it. Local, reasonably priced etching. Best part is, you don’t have to leave your home to get it done. They have shipping available, but if you don’t mind going, they’re located downtown. It’s not in a crowded mall. No grumpy customer service people to deal with.
I had a bullet personalized for necklace, done by Kati. She was very helpful and sweet, and did a good job getting down the idea I wanted. It came out looking great. The recipient already is planning on having a few items etched, just has to figure out exactly what he wants done! I definitely plan on using them again for any personalization needs I have :) Thanks guys!
