I had a miserable experience with Perfect Surface involving tub resurfacing work.
They treated me friendly on the front-​end sales side of the transaction, then nasty and verbally abusive when I brought up concerns with their work.
They would not honor their warranty, charged me more than they said they would, and have been very difficult to deal with. Overall they have treated me poorly and unfairly.
I’m considering taking them to court in addition to registering a complaint here, on Angie’s List, and with the Better Business Bureau.
I do not trust them and I will never use them again.

They set an appointment with us to come out and give an estimate. Guess what… no show, no call… no reschedule. Horrible customer service. We can only imagine what kind of work they do if this is how they treat potential clients.
We are also getting bids from Miracle Method, Hard Tops of Austin and NuSurfaces. I’ll let you know how that goes.
