When we bought our home 4 years ago, the previous owner hired Perry Roofing to put on a new roof. The customer service was outstanding then, as I worked with them to pick out roof material, etc. About a month after installation, there was a leak where the flashing by one of the vent pipes wasn’t sealed properly (which is why there are 4 stars instead of 5). They came right out and immediately fixed it without questions. With these latest torrential rains (4 years later, mind you), there was a leak at another vent pipe. They came right out within 24 hours of my call, and fixed it without hesitation. And the young man also refused my tip. Their customer service has been outstanding and I would definitely use them again.
