I needed help towing a car on Saturday and spoke to Rusty who I later found out is the Owner. The entire process went smooth. They were there when they said they would. I recommend them they are very reliable and offer great prices.

Hidden fees, inconsistent communication, and horribly rude customer service.
I personally spoke to PAULA, the rudest woman Ive ever dealt with and I have dealt with multiple towing companies. Austin’s VIP towing is immaculate in comparison and I suggest avoiding this place at all cost.
After getting in a roll over accident and choosing them to tow my car, I was filled with immediate regret when the first person I spoke to told me it would cost 185.00 total to get it out and then spoke to the second person only to find out it is now 299. Partially due to a «notification» fee. Which they do not tell you about. They are also claiming that they were never given my keys. This could either be APD’s fault or they are lying to cover up that they lost them.
