I took my SUV here for an oil change. They did a fantastic job and the price was great. The service was top of the line. The following week I had to return for an oil pressure issue due to an oil leak. Once again the owner and his wife provided detail information and pricing and time. I live in Round Rock but brings all my vehicles here for oil changes. They are honest people providing awesome job. If I can give them a 10 rating I would. This is the place to go.

Went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and windshield wiper replacement. The guy who helped me was very nice and friendly. Honest, trustworthy and good prices. They took a little long but they were definitely busy so it was understandable. Definitely will be going back here next time!

I have been taking my personal vehicles here in the past, but didn’t truly appreciate how great they are until I had to take my work vehicle to another place.
I had my brakes done at another shop that seemed a bit shady and dishonest. They recommended new control arms for my van because the existing ones are «completely broken in half.»
I only got the brakes done there and decided to take the van here to Precision Auto Care. They found nothing wrong with the control arms, and brought me into the shop to see everything for myself.
They also found the source of some tapping noise that led us to believe there was a problem in the first place. All they had to do was tighten a loose bolt.
This place has proven to be honest.
My search for a good mechanic has ended.
Thanks guys! I think I’ll still drive here to get work done once I move to Pflugerville next year.

Previously, I only used them for oil changes and minor tune ups, but then my battery died this morning and I called them in route after getting a jump and they immediately ordered me a new one and had it on its way by the time I arrived. I was just about to make a 15 hour move when my car started making a noise after I loaded up my things. I dropped my car here because of the good reviews and close proximity. They were wonderful. They explained everything in terms I could understand. Which is impressive bc I know nothing about cars. They correctly diagnosed the issue. They unloaded my car to fix the struts and then reloaded it and let me tell you, there was quite a lot of stuff since I was moving. They didn’t try to up sell me and they were generally very professional and nice. I highly recommend them.

Don’t let the friendly «customer service» fool you. I’ve been to this place twice. After the first time I swore I would never go back. But I was in a hurry and the location is convenient. BIG MISTAKE (both times). My first experience, i went to get my inspection done on my 5 yr old BMW and they told me that I needed 2k worth of work done on it. The second time they fed me more bs and wouldn’t pass my inspection so I went to the jiffy lube and it passed no problem. The guys that work there are extremely nice. Unfortunately, they like to rip people off. Don’t go here.

The one thing that makes this place great is the basic — «customer service». As prominent across many reviews, I felt these guys are genuine, humble, and respectful of your hard earned money. I went there because I needed a new connector for my battery. It was rightly priced at around $ 30; but upon arriving and inspection, they found out that I only had a lose connection at the bottom and charged me $ 10. Seriously — they deserve to be recognized for honestly and customer focus, specially when so many workshops are ripping us off before we even realize it.

I would so come back here. Five-​stars all around for an oil change and inspection.
It didn’t take very long and the person working was a really nice guy. I was able to walk to Wienerschnitzel just a few doors down and get a hot dog and a coke, so that’s cool too. The lobby was also small, but nice. TV on, lots of actually good magazines, free wi-​fi, and a clean restroom.
They did a fine job and it was fairly priced. It was really cool that I tried to use a coupon and he told me that they actually had a better one and he’d give me that one. I could have very easily jipped myself, and he stopped me! Thanks guy!
It doesn’t take much for me to give a car place 5 stars. Just nice people, fair prices, and good service. Precision’s got it.

I’ve been coming here for the better part of 10 years. I have three cars and they have all been there over the years and they have always been repaired to my satisfaction. The owner and his wife are always friendly and helpful and they always do a good job for an honest price. If you live nearby and need your car or truck serviced you would be hard pressed to find a better place.

I know very little about cars, but I do know when I’m getting screwed over. I’m looking at you, Jiffy Lube and Midas. All I want from an auto care company is transparency and consistency. Precision Tune Auto Care delivers.
This is the only place where I’ll get an oil change. They never try to tack on extra services or charges. Their prices are fair, the mechanics are honest and will level with you with their expert advice, and I’ve never walked out of the place feeling swindled or unsure.

Forgot to update, but almost immediately after my post the owner? of the business Greg gave me a call on 10⁄9 to apologize for possible/​potential mistake they made while inspecting my car and voluntarily offered to mail out a refund by check that week. He also invite me back next year for state inspection and promises a better experience next time.
To this date I have not received any checks (or refund to my credit card) but at least least I got an apology for the trouble and money wasted. =P To give them benefit of doubt, maybe they mailed it to wrong address. Will I go back though? No, not worth the trouble.
