ProReflection

A few years ago I had called Cosmin to come take a look at my black car to see if he could fix some swirl marks and holograms that another detailer had left behind. Given that I lived at an apartment and my car wasn’t in a garage, Cosmin said he would be happy to do the work, but didn’t advise it at that time. Fast forward to a few years later when I’m getting married and we want to use my car in the wedding as the «getaway» car. I took it back to Cosmin who actually remembered me and did a beautiful job on the paint. There are still a few blemishes (age and years at an apartment… what do you expect?), but the swirls and holograms are completely gone. Way to go ProReflection… the car looked (and still looks) stunning.

I have used ProReflection for a few years now and they have been consistently outstanding. People are shocked to learn how old my car actually is. I credit it to parking carefully and having Cosmin and his crew routinely clean and detail it. Neither Cosmin nor anyone on his crew has ever bat an eye when I have walked around my vehicle inspecting their work and identified even the most tiny issue — I’m talking like a spec of dirt the size of a pin head. Instead, they’ve apologized and hurriedly remedied it as if it were an egregious oversight on their part. I was sorry to read one reviewer had trouble with scheduling. That has never been an issue for me, even when Cosmin was out of the country. I have tried several detailers and in different cities — both mobile and in a facility — and no one has come close to the quality Cosmin has provided. I could not be happier with them. Also, it’s worth pointing out that given their cleaning method, they adhere to the city’s water restrictions during the drought times.

Pro Reflection is totally unprofessional. I called them three times for an apointment and did not receive a call back for 2 weekdays! When I did receive a call back, the man told me (with a bad attitude) that he had been very busy and the office had only received one call from me. I know lots of companies’ who are much nicer to potential customers and are not liars who would like my business!

What a great idea and service. I have been using ProReflection for about a year. They come to my house every 2 weeks and my car looks brand new each time they leave. How convenient! The owner and crew couldn’t be nicer. I like to feel proud of my car and ProReflection allows me to have that feeling every time I climb inside and drive away.

The company is locally owned and closely managed by the Owner Cosmin, so he always ensures a staff that pays attention to detail and really goes above and beyond you chain car washes around Austin. He has been trusted to work on very high end luxury cars and he is affordable enough to use on standard vehicles as well. I still use Mr. Clean for quick washes, but when I want a deep detail, seat conditioning, or waxing I always use ProReflection. They are always readily available, prompt, and do a great job!
