EXTREME hail damage to the point I got the run around from other body shops and insurance on the brink of possibly having to total my car out… nope in the words of Buster Florence after he looked at my car: «Easy peazy… piece of cake». What most shops told me would take a minimum month and a half to get it fixed, Buster told me that his guys were THE best and would get it done in a month MAX… I got my car back COMPLETELY fixed, looking brand new & in mint condition, detailed cleaning and even had the inside of the headlights cleaned… all in less than 25 days. Quality killed it… not much else you can say to that type of service

Amazing! Brought my new Nissan 370Z in after a fender bender and was impressed from start to finish. Very professional, courteous staff that kept me updated on progress each step of the way. Would highly recommend!

I wrecked my brand new (new to me anyway) Explorer and they made it look better than when I took it in! They kept me posted on the progress without me having to call them! Also, one tire was completely demolished and they managed to include it in the estimate so all I had to pay was the deductible. These guys are the new owners of Quality Body Shop and as someone else has said — they blew it out of the park! I am very happy and I wish them great success!

I have an eight year Corvette that has been babied and garage kept since new. Unfortunately I ran over an object in the road that damaged the carbon fiber fender and fiberglass driver door. I took the car to Quality Body shop expecting the usual headaches of putting the car in someone else’s hands for a few days. The car was finished on time, the job was flawless and my car returned in absolute pristine condition. The shop staff and the owner were exceptional to deal with. If the need ever arises again, I will certainly return.

There actually a 10 STAR SHOP!!! They made repairs to my truck exactly how I wanted and not only did they meet my expectations but knocked it out of the park. THE BEST SHOP I HAVE EVER USED!!!

Needed a rear bumper replaced on luxury sedan and these guys blew it out of the water.
We got the car back looking better than new. They even did a little extra at no charge to make sure everything was perfect! Excellent communication and fast work.
These are the go to guys in Austin from now on!

Just got our RX-​350 back from getting rear ended. Excellent work and they did it all in 3 days! Got parts same day to start.
Had 1 little visible «bump» when we picked it up and they would t let us drive it off. Insisted on taking another 15 minutes to get it 100%.
Hope we don’t have to get a car fixed again but if and when we do, we will be back for sure.

I’ve used Quality Body Shop twice. Both times they exceeded my expections. Price is very fair. Work is outstanding. Would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Right before Christmas I got a lump of coal in my stocking. Another driver purposely stopped short so that I would hit him. My vehicle got the brunt of the damage. The talented and dedicated team at State Farm ruled in my favor and processed my claim. I reached out to my inspired following on social media and 75% of them said that Quality Body Shop was the way to go. Then my agent at State Farm agreed that they were the best. All of the praise still couldn’t prepare me for the experience I have had with QBS.
I dropped my car off last week and both Tom and Buster greeted me. During the claims process I had spoken with Buster a few times and each occurrence left me feeling more and more comfortable with letting Quality fix my car. While I have a few more days to go before I can pick up my ride, I have completely forgotten about the frustration of the accident and the actions of the other driver.
When I talked to Buster after finally meeting him in person, I said that it was unfortunate that we had to meet under the circumstances of a damaged vehicle and followed with the old saw: «everything happens for a reason». He replied with a variation of the QBS mantra. «We meet by accident.»
If you need *quality* work on your car from *quality* people, Quality Body Shop is the way to go.

Quick, honest, good work. Highly recommend. I brought in my car with a dent, and told the fellow in the office that I had no insurance and was on a limited budget. He was friendly and professional. He took my car back for an estimate, and returned about fifteen minutes later. They had buffed the area so well, the dent was barely noticeable. He then said «no charge»!

Came in here again after I stupidly messed up my bumper coming out of my driveway. Not only did they fix the bumper for free and within 10 minutes but they also touched up some scratches as well. Customer service is a top priority here!

Tom gave me a quote for $ 0. He fixed the scratch on my car with no charge on a rainy day.
He even offered to buff my car for free. Don know what to say. They are the best!!!

We recently had our 2014 Silverado and our 2012 Equinox repaired at Quality Body Shop on North Lamar. Both vehicles had literally thousands of hail dents from the April 2015 storm. Buster and the team did a perfect job on both. In fact, both vehicles look brand new! They replaced (with OEM parts) hoods, a roof, trim, and used paintless dent repair where possible. They found much more damage than the adjuster did, and took care of everything including getting supplements. My wife and I feel so much better now after driving around several months with damaged cars. The close by shops had long waiting lists, but Quality was able to take us in quickly.

Such a pleasant experience for what is usually a tedious process. I came in on a Wednesday to fix just my rear bumper, Friday afternoon the car was already fixed and looked amazing. They gave my car a good wash and even cleaned the inside.

When I brought my car in for an estimate, Tom (who runs the body shop) himself assessed the damages and provided the estimate.
He is extremely sharp and it was obvious that he was an absolute expert. Within 5 minutes, he gave me an astoundingly accurate estimate of the cost of the repair. To put this in perspective, I took the same car to another reputable body shop in town and they refused to give me estimate for the entire job because they claimed that they needed to remove the bumper to further inspect underneath in order to do so. After I met Tom, I decided that I wanted these guys (and nobody else) to work on my car.
He promised me that it would be done within 4 days and that he would try to get it done in 3 days (since I was paying out of pocket and had to incur rental car expenses on top of that). Quality Body Shop hit their more aggressive deadline and completed the repairs in 3 days — a super job by the team.
When I got my car back, that part of the car looked exactly like it did on the day that I took ownership of it (I bought the car new). They finished the job with veterans style — outstanding workmanship and attention to detail. What it made it even more impressive was the fact that I opted for aftermarket parts and it can be very challenging to use those parts and get everything to fit together perfectly — but they did it.
Throughout the whole process, Tom was always accessible to answer questions about the repair. Quality Body Shop provided class A customer service that significantly exceeded my expectations.
If you get into a wreck and you want the repair done right, there is no one that can do it better than Quality Body Shop. I wholeheartedly recommend them for even most complicated repair jobs.

Great, fast service. When I say fast, I mean fast. I have an 2013 F-​150 that had damage to the fender flare and the sides were all scratched up and they got me in and out in 20 minutes. Not to mention, they’re great people. Don’t waste your time and money anywhere else. Make Quality your first stop

We went to this place to get an estimate because of the great Unilocal reviews — and wow… in all my years, I’ve never had such a bad and humiliating experience at a body shop. Who goes to a body shop to get embarrassed and abused? Sheesh.

We drove a half hour to get an estimate. When d arrived, the owner just let ux stand there while he discussed politics and other non-​customer-​related things with one of his buddies. We were just ignored. While reviewing our requests, he treated us like a bunch of total idiots — with total disdain. almost disgust. I should point out that we’ve done almost all my own car maintenance and repairs for the past ten years — on some seriously complicated German (3 AMG) cars. So it’s not like we are a bunch of rubes on this front.
I am completely shocked at the disrespect and complete lack of professionalism that this place showed us. This kind of attitude simply has no place in any public-​facing business. I would immediately fire any person in my company who acted in such a fashion. Immediately. Like in one nano-​second.
Nobody — no matter how skilled, unskilled, knowledgable or ignorant in auto repair should be treated with such contempt, lack of respect, scorn, disregard or disdain. Every potential customer deserves respect.
IF YOU WANT TO BE HUMILIATED, ABUSED AND MADE FUN OF — THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO.
I’m sure that their body repair work is competent, but I’m not at all OK with being humiliated in exchange for competent body work.
There are so many great body shops in Austin. I’m going back to Berli’s — they’ve always done an amazing job for me. And they’ve always treated me the way that a customer should be treated (like a human being). I’ll have to wait until they can «fit me in», but I’d rather wait and be treated nicely than get my dents removed sooner and be treated like a moron.
