Not only is the quality of basic blood taking very poor, their accounts receivable is worse. We have both Medicare and BCBS. Even after MANY attempts advising that they must file first with Medicare, they don’t follow-up with BCBS, they keep forward balance due bills. Their story line is: «Most secondary insurance carriers do not cover testing when it is denied by Medicare». BCBS advised differently. Rather than deal with incompetent clinicians and accounting, we now drive to our doctors office and get treated professionally and competently. Advise do the same!

It does appear to be light on staff. I had Gita today. She got my blood on the first poke and it was not painful. That is all I truly want. It to be fast and pain free. I could see if they had more people there could be a wait but I went in at 8:45am and was the only one there. Gita did it all. Take me back, check my insurance, charge me and then take my blood. If it keeps cost down then ok, I guess.

Very disappointed in the quality of staff persons at this location. I went in for a blood draw yesterday. I have huge veins and have never had a problem giving blood or having blood taken. The site was very sore afterward, but that was something I expected. However, as the day went on it became incredibly sore. When I woke up this morning my arm was incredibly sore and swollen, and I had a huge area of hemangioma. I just went to this location to inform them of what had happened. The man at the desk was very unfriendly. When I showed him my arm he was surprised and asked me twice if it happened there. I told him it had. I thought perhaps they’d want to know for quality control purposes, but the man was completely uninterested and dismissive. He just told me to put ice on it and it would go away. It wasn’t until he could tell I was upset that he said«sorry.» And that was it. I didn’t want anything out of this other than a report or even a note for quality control for the woman who took my blood, but the man at the counter this morning was completely uninterested in doing anything and was completely devoid of any empathy or compassion.

One person working. He tried to help me out but in the end just caused more aggravation than help. He needs to worry about doing his job and keep his personal concerns to himself.

Like other Quest locations this one is understaffed, no receptionist just a lab tech who seems to run the entire place and he isnt that good!
