Realty Stetson & Property Management

I recently rented a home in which Ryan was the Property Manager. I have leased quite a few properties and I have to say that Ryan was spectacular. He is the only property manager I have ever had that actually was proactive, rather than reactive. His communication was top notch. I was just sorry that he didn’t have any homes that he managed in the area that I need to live, so I had to move :(

I will preface this review with the facts:
I only lived in a Stetson Property for a little under a month and this review is pertaining to my experience with Ryan as a property manager.
My boyfriend and I moved into one of their properties this past month and within the few days there we noticed there were lots of repairs needing to take place. I submitted all repairs with photos via their online database and each request was replied to and scheduled to be taken care of within the week or so. After so many requests, we realized that this may not be the property for us. Unsure that we would be able to get out of our recently signed lease I began to consider consulting with a lawyer, when I really should have just been upfront with Ryan.
After a conversation with our realtor, who called to checked in with us, I received an email from Ryan letting us know that our happiness was his top concern AND that if we believe this lease a mistake he would allow us to be released. His understanding and willingness to work with us was genuine. There was no harsh words or awkwardness with the rest of the conversation.
I am truly relived to know that there is a management company that is willing to listen to their tenants and not be against them. Thank you Ryan!
