Rebecca Goldfarb is a classically trained pianist and piano teacher, with a graduate degree in Piano Performance from The University of Texas at Austin. Rebecca can provide elegant music for any occasion, from weddings to holiday parties to corporate events. If the venue does not have a piano, Rebecca is able to bring a full-​size keyboard and amplification system.

Rebecca also teaches piano lessons in South Austin to students of all ages and levels. Lessons range in length from 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on age and level. For a well-​rounded musical experience, each student receives an education in music theory, technique, sight-​reading, and a variety of repertoire. Her teaching has a strong classical foundation, but there are also opportunities to learn other styles. Each student’s goals and interests are taken into account to create a unique plan of study.

Born in Austin, TX, Rebecca (Fine) Goldfarb grew up loving music, having started piano lessons at age four. Following in her grandmother’s and great-grandmother’s footsteps, Rebecca sought a professional degree in piano. She now holds her Bachelors and Masters degree in Piano Performance from UT. Rebecca loves to share her joy of music with others through teaching and through providing beautiful background music for weddings and other events.
