Yesterday was my second visit to Dr. Adams for a second crown. The first crown was a replacement, and he took great care to fix the bad problem some other dentist had created.
On both occasions I was amazed by the professionalism of Dr. Adams and his excellent staff, as well as the extremely talented on-​site lab professional who does a 3-​D scan and creates the crown ON SITE. As was the case with my first visit, the entire procedure was done in less than 2 hours and the crown was finished. I am 54 years old, and I have only ever met 2 other dentists in my entire life as good as Dr. Adams. Caring, compassionate, dedicated, second-​best work is not acceptable to him and his staff.
At first I was very skeptical (prior dental office woes), and I was concerned about the request to digitally sign paperwork I could not see. I now trust them completely, as I see everything is aboveboard. Also, there is a reason to separate your initial X-​ray visit from your first dental cleaning… they take up to 29 Xrays and map your entire gum line.
There are some minor dings… if you arrive by turning off Hwy 290, be ready to turn into that parking lot… there is only one entrance and no other entrance. Missing it means going all the way around the funky Hwy 290 turn and trying again. There is a waiting room buzzer each time the door is open. My solution… sit on the leather seats at the other end of the waiting room and bring some ear plugs to drown out the TV soft-​sell ads.
Other than these minor issues… I simply can’t complain.

My first visit was very pleasant here at Rose dental. Everyone was very professional since you walk in until you walk out. They make one feel welcome and very comfortable. I would highly recommended Rose Dental to anyone.

I went in for a cleaning and x-​rays. The hygienist who I spent the most time with was pleasant, competent and professional. She took the time to explain what she was doing and seemed very knowledgeable and experienced. The equipment was modern, the office was clean and orderly, and I didn’t have to wait very long to be seen. I’m very satisfied with this dental office and their level of service.

I can’t give this place a high enough rating. Every experience I have had has been extremely positive — from the accommodating and friendly staff, to the knowledgeable and thorough dentists and technicians. They walk you through everything so you feel comfortable and at ease. For the first time, I really don’t dread going to the dentist.
The reason why I’m taking the time to write a review though, is because of my experience last night after work. I purchased my Sonicare from Rose Dental a little over a year ago, and it suddenly gave out on me a few weeks ago. I was prepared to buy a new one (at $ 100, they’re not exactly cheap), but the staff suggested I call Sonicare to get a replacement under warranty, they even tracked down the Sonicare customer service line and wrote it down for me, along with the hours. I was able to do so this morning, saving me $ 100). They could have just taken my money, but they went out of their way to help me. To me, that kind of honesty and transparency is what sets the staff at Rose Dental apart from the rest.
I’ll continue to choose them as my dentist for years to come and will recommend them to all of my friends!

I must say I am a bit nervous when come to Dentist, but when I got there it was quite relaxed, having my two upper wisdom tooth pulled really really nervous will keep u posted

Rose Dental is the best! I’ve always dreaded going to the dentist. The staff at Rose Dental always takes extra care to make sure I’m comfortable and at ease before starting any treatment. Dr. Bonilla is the best dentist I’ve EVER had. She’s gentle and always makes sure I understand what’s happening during each procedure.

I have been going to Rose Dental for years. The staff is always very friendly and as gentle as they can be when it comes to cleaning my teeth (thanks Tatiana!). I have a crazy work schedule so they are very good about rescheduling appointments when I have to go out of town last minute. Dr. Adams also did a fantastic job fixing my cracked front tooth, you can hardly tell that half my tooth is fake.

I love my Dental Team @Rose Dental! They’re professional, caring and knowlledgeable. For most of my life. I wasn’t a big fan of going to the dentist, but I actually look forward to my visits because they’re either solving a problem (aka putting an end to pain) or preventing future problems with cleanings and follow up visits. I genuninely like my dentist, Dr. Adams, Melissa and all of the staff I’ve come into contact with at Rose. Thank you all for doing what you do so well and for taking good care of my smile!

I give this office 5 stars! I had to go in and get 4 impacted wisdom teeth extracted. The professionalism and knowledge of the Doctor on staff blew my mind. Dr. Ayalla is an incredible Dentist and Surgeon. For me being 32 yrs old, the procedure went exceptionally smooth, afterward had little pain and swelling, and bounced back in only a few days. It is obvious that his technique is second to none. If you need wisdom teeth out, he’s your man! DidI mention I am terrified of the Dentist… will definitely continue to visit this Dentist for all my dental needs.

Still a great dental practice. Friendly and never pushy.

the only 4 stars is because 1. I hate when the dentist has to drill my teeth. The drill crazy stresses me out.
and 2. One time, I had to wait an hour and a half before being seen.
However, all that aside: I expect to wait a bit but the BEST thing about this place is the evening and weekend hours. I travel 100% for work and it’s virtually impossible to schedule dentist appts due to my erratic calendar. NOT ANYMORE! The doc knows me by now…(yay terrible teef)
But they’re friendly, prices are reasonable (insurance!), and they have cookies. So there.

Really great office, on time, lots of magazines, a giant children’s area, and the best part – hot and fresh coffee. I was satisfied with the cleaning I got.
Why 4 stars? When I called to schedule the appointment, the girl answering the phone was not particularly friendly. She also tried to get me to come in for two appointments, an evaluation and the again for a cleaning. She finally gave in and gave me one longer appointment after I insisted twice. I almost canceled after my phone experience but the office was perfect and I’d go back again.

I was referred to Dr. Adams and was not disappointed! Dr. Adams was very patient and willing to answer any questions I had and his staff was friendly and professional. I had a filling placed and it needed to be revised. Dr. Adams and his team squeezed me in the same day I called! They helped turn a stressful situation into a very calming and pain free experience. The equipment was up to date and clean! I would recommend Dr. Adams and his team to anyone needing dental work!

Very impressed. New patient today and new to Austin. Very pleasant, spacious office that is open, yet has private patient areas. Karina was very friendly and gave me the most thorough cleaning I have ever had. The equipment is very high-​tech and Dr. Adams had a panoramic scan of my teeth to review as he sat down to meet with me. I was able to book my next appt from my chair and the check-​out process was quick and professional.

While enduring years at the Omni Dental Group, whose dentist are OK but wait time, management, and everything else the absolute worst, I guess I assumed this was just the norm. Finally, after they pushed my needed cleaning months past the original appt., I came to Rose out of desperation.
This place is the antithesis. Happy, flirty receptionist who actually has a personality. No wait (yet). Attractive, knowledgeable staff. Beautiful building, new equipment. I entirely recommend this group.

I am wary of big dental groups, makes me think of those inexpensive places for students and poor state workers – you know who I mean. But I also get my major medical from ARC, so I know big groups can be good. I needed a lot of work done, so I was hoping for a good experience.
I was totally unprepared for how good it would be at Rose Dental!
State of the art equipment. Very friendly, skillful staff. Comfortable surroundings (my chairs always had windows to look out of and let in sunlight). We became a team, I would settle in, put on their high quality headphones, dial up some blues or early rock, and we would rock away the afternoon.
I needed lots of crowns, and sometimes one would fall out, and I would drive over and they would put it back on and I would be back on the street in 30 minutes. I am not very good and chewing on one side of my mouth!
Because of the large amount of work, and incredible expense, and the unavoidable pain and discomfort of drilling for crowns, I can’t express how happy I am with my experience at Rose Dental.
It was as fun an experience as going to a dentist can be, and I just loved my dentist, technicians, and hygienist. And the receptionist is hot. (Oops, Can I say that?)

I’ve been going to Rose Dental for a few years. Today I arrived for my appointment at 2 o’clock, but was told that my appointment was actually at 3. I checked my calendar and sure enough it was 3. They were good natured about it (we joked about letting me sleep in an exam chair for an hour.) They offered to have another hygenist who was available do the cleaning now, which I accepted.
A few minutes later a nice lady came to me in the waiting room to inform me that the hygenist could not see me now because another paitent had already taken that slot. But here is what impressed me: she came and sat next to me to tell me they couldn’t move my appointment up. She didn’t just yell it across the room like others might have.
I know it may seem like a small thing, but it is those little acts of caring that make a difference to me.

Q: Why do people dread the dentist?
A: Because they don’t go to Rose Dental.
I’ve never been one of those people that harbors qualms or irrational fears of the dentist. So if you happen to be one of those who get nervous at the thought of strange fingers probing your mouth and hunting for those dreaded cavities, I have the solution.

The minute you set foot in the spacious waiting room, the warm, friendly greeting of the receptionist puts you immediately at ease. The warm feeling of calm is compounded by the kind dental assistants that call your name and take you to your designated seat for your cleaning. If you’re lucky, you will get Shelley, who is constantly smiling, genuinely cares about your concerns and comfort, and is super nice!
For a simple cleaning procedure, you’re in and out in fifteen minutes tops. The dental assistant makes the occasional small talk, which serves as making you as comfortable as possible while she cleans, polishes, and flosses your teeth as painlessly as possible. No pain, no blood.
The payment process, believe it or not, is just as painless. The checkout attendant asks you how your appointment went and wishes you a good day.
You can’t ask for a more pleasant experience than to be dentally catered to like Rose Dental caters to its patients.
Q: Why shouldn’t people dread the dentist?
A: Because with places like Rose Dental, comfort conquers fear.

My visit with Rose Dental group was a pleasant experience. I was released from my job and had just a few days left of insurance and needed work done ASAP. Rose Dental fit me in and worked really hard to get everything done. They took care of everything they possibly could and provided EXCELLENT service.
This team worked great together to achieve a common goal. The excellent communication between employees was so wonderful to observe.
