This might not be in the best part of Austin. However, the customer service is outstanding. I’m very pleased. I’ve been going here for years and years. They have good prices on glasses and contacts. I have not found another vision place with the same friendly and down to earth customer service like here.

They are friendly and my glasses were done quick. But the shop – for a vision doctor is really dark. This makes it ‘hard to see’ the proprieters themselves. Or the glasses. I know this is not the première part of Austin. However a little brighter lighting ensures that people can see around the shop and clearly see the staff we talk with.
