Have you ever accidentally made a mistake while doing your own taxes? Well I have and was in desperate need of some help. I did a little research for some professional tax help in south Austin. I found several places. The first place I called was somewhere kind of close to my home and they said they could not help, but referred me somewhere else. I then called that number and it did not work. Next down the list was another place that did not answer their phone … I left a message but no return call back. I then called Ruben Ruiz CPA. The staff that answered the phone was super friendly and said they could help. I scheduled an appointment for the next day.
I arrived at my appointment and everything went perfectly. They rescued me and helped me solve my issue. Until this point I have never paid for professional tax help so I honestly have no idea how much other places costs. I do feel like the peace of mind that I got from them resolving my issue was totally worth what I paid and maybe more. I worked with Ron Ruiz. He was super friendly and willing to help us out all the way!
