History
Established in 2012.
The creators of Roaring Fork & Hopdoddy, Guy Villavaso & Larry Foles teamed with Chef Harold Marmulstein to create Salty Sow. A local artist Anne Ducote turned the former Red House Pizzeria into an eclectic modern farm house atmosphere. Chef Harold & Chef Richard Velazquez are once again in the kitchen creating plates to please the palate while Jennifer Velazquez, General Manager/In house «Mixologist» has created Signature Sips inspired from the herb garden along with local spirits, beers, & wines. You can’t miss her Assistant General Manager, Jules Marmulstein who has been referred to the mohawk manager who brings together this team who are passionate for food, libations & most of all service!
