Service King Collision Repair of Round Rock

Service King has been Fantastic! I cannot say enough about the level of professionalism and customer service that my wife and I have received from the staff at the Round Rock location. The intake process was very streamlined and almost seamless. Having the car rental company on-​site was a huge plus and made the transition very easy. Our service advisor, Mr. Stephen Torres, was very polite, professional and extremely thorough. It is evident that he takes pride in his profession and does not cut corners – he made me feel like he truly did have my (our) best interests in mind. I liked the text alerts that provided updates on the progress. Back in the day, I remember having to always call in and play phone tag with the advisor just to get an update. Service King has taken full advantage of today’s technology and their use of text alerts is not only an asset for the customer but also for them as it alleviates a multitude of phone calls that they receive, which in turn, allows them to focus on getting our cars repaired. Kudos! Mr. Torres was very up-​front and honest with me concerning my car and he even pointed a few things out to me that normally would not have been brought to my attention by any other advisor or body shop. Mr. Torres has my full trust and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality of service.
I also want to commend the receptionist (I think her name was Janice?) as well for always being so polite, prepared and very efficient.
Our car was repaired very quickly and in fact, was completed ahead of schedule which is a huge plus in my book. I cannot say enough about how pleased that I am on how the car turned out after the repair. I never got to meet the technicians who actually repaired our vehicle but I want to tell them thank you as well for a job well done! You are truly masters of your craft!

The final review must be written to conclude the follow up of the tailgate-​gate. The week after we returned from our trip he was able to get his tailgate attached. They installed during his lunch break, shook hands and he was on his way, truck looking brand new.
Of course, something went wrong. These body part specialists forgot to give his tailgate a lock. They were supposed to install a lock on the tailgate and ensure his key will lock and unlock. They didn’t even think to do this. So to this day, he still has a lock-​less tailgate. It just has a hole near the handle where the lock should be.
Very pathetic service. But glad Candice had a good experience with Sawyer. Maybe she’s easier on the eyes than my male friend.

I had my 4runner repaired by Service King in Round Rock. The repair work done on my car was timely and the quality was excellent. The service was very professional and friendly. I am very pleased and would recommend them.

I walked into this shop near closing time hoping for help with my bumper. I left in less than 20 minutes with a quick patch repair and recommendations about next steps, and all for no cost. I could not have been happier with this experience and the people I encountered at Service King. Thank you!

The first time that we used Service King it was due to being rear-​ended in the service bay at the dealer. Obviously the driver behind me, the insurance covered all of the repairs. I took it to Service King and they did an excellent job. I would give them 5 stars.
Most recently, we were rear-​ended once again and it was the other driver’s fault and it was covered by the insurance company and worked out well. I wanted to use Service King because we were very pleased the first time and decided to trust them again. Their estimate was to cover the rear bumper and the much lesser damage to the front of the car, including the twist to the flicense plate. We agreed with the estimate. When we picked up the car, the rear bumper was repaired nicely, but nothing was done to the front area next to the license plate, which was straightened. Another representative agreed that nothing was done other than straightening the license plate. He told me that they would make the front look good again. After some communication problems on their part about bringing the car in at a certain time, a third representative told me that the payment that I had made in full in accordance with the original estimate didn’t cover the repairs to the front. When I asked for an estimate, it was about the same as that for the rear bumper. The latter damage far exceeded the slight damage to the front that I was told would take about 20 minutes to repair by THREE of the Service King representatives. I only wanted Service King to make good on their original work to be done. I’m not going to pay Service King anything to work on the front after being told that they would make good for the payment already made to them.

Was in an accident and was recommended to use this location of Service King by my brother-​in-​law. I’m very glad I did! I worked with Daniel and he was fantastic. Everyone was so nice and very helpful. I got email updates frequently to give me the status of my car. I picked it up the other day and it looks brand new. I would highly recommend Service King and especially this location.

Was recommended by geico to bring my car here for an estimate after my accident. It took awhile to finally get my car into the shop because they are pretty booked up and my car took longer than expected to be fixed, but I’m happy with the repairs. Everything looks great! I basically had to have the entire front end fixed including the hood, also my windshield and the interior panels taken out and cleaned. So… More than just a slight incident. I guess only time will tell if the repairs hold up, but it’s safe to say I’m satisfied with the results. Staff respond very promptly to emails. Front staff is friendly.

Probably too early to give a five start but so far my experience has been good! They were able to squeeze me in on short notice and the Onsite Enterprise representative was very helpful!
