I would give this business zero stars if Unilocal would allow that option. This business goes by several different names– BEWARE. I discovered Chad Shelton through a benefit, thrown in my honor, after a very serious car accident that put me in a wheelchair. At this benefit, Chad Shelton purchased a piece of donated art, where the proceeds were to go toward my medical treatment. His check bounced. I contacted him, asking to please return the painting if he couldn’t afford to pay for it, as a friend was the artist. He asked to keep the painting and assured me that the check bouncing was an accident. This went on for weeks with him ultimately never responding or showing up. He never returned the art and never produced the funds. The bank who the check was written through, while they were not able to disclose his information fully to me, said they don’t expect the check to EVER go through. This man is a criminal. I’m appalled that he could behave this way. It’s an insult to small business owners in a city that works hard to support them. PLEASE BEWARE.

We’re always a bit leery of the HVAC contractors that American Home Shield sends our way (e.g., Service Tech) but in this case we couldn’t be more pleased. We just needed an annual checkup which the family nephew competed with aplomb. No unnecessary make work or delays or return visits, obviously expert and experienced, we’ll request them every time.

Today a service tech came to my home to figure out why my heater was not working properly. I could not be more pleased with the customer service and professionalism of Mario S. He was knowledgable and very informative every step of the way. When I put in a service request of any type, a couple of my top concerns are: (1)my kids are in the house so am I going to be comfortable with the person and (2) will I find the person trustworthy to not scam extra money out of us for things that are not really broke. Thankfully, I had none of these concerns with Mario. He was polite and upfront about everything he was checking. Thank you Shelton’s Pride and Mario! I will not hesitate to call y’all the next time we need service or repair.
