Business Owner
Chef Stephen Sicola is a graduate of the Culinary Academy of Austin, where he studied the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts under Chef Kevin Quinn. Stephen later served as the exclusive chef for the beautiful De La Rosa Estate Wedding Venue on the north shore of Lake Travis, just outside of Austin. Shortly after, he founded Sicola’s — A Culinary Experience. A gourmet catering and private dining facility in northwest Austin.
After 7 years of catering Chef Sicola hit a wall with his health. Caught up in the fast pace life style of rich foods and wine he was overweight and suffering from several health complications. He decided to check into a rehabilitation center and realign his love for food with his childhood passion for living a healthy active lifestyle.
From this change he has rebirthed his catering and private dining experience in true Farm to Table style with Sicola’s Garden House.
