History

Established in 2012.

In 2012, the Smitty’s Beer & Wine Delivery staff saw a need for quick, safe, and easy access to beer and wine in Austin. Our goal has always been to provide a convenient service for our customers while helping to keep drunk drivers off the road. We want to ensure that hosts and partygoers alike can rest easy knowing their needs will be met in the safest manner possible!

Justin and Lori were both FABULOUS!!! From the initial order all the way to the delivery and setup and pick-​up, they made my life as an event planner so much easier!!! Consistently fast service and friendly employees. I’ve never been disappointed, and I’ve ordered from them around 20 times now. Even after moving between multiple houses, they still always recognize me and greet me genuinely. They’re quick to respond to their text messages and show up with cold beer and a smile. They’ve always sent me Thank-​You texts after they’ve delivered, and have even given my dog a pet on the head. Couldn’t give them any higher praises; they are the best. Whoever gave them 1 star is clearly the kind of customer that we all hate to deal with; the one that probably hates everything and gives every business 1 star. Smitty’s is the epitome of how a business should be run.
Anyway, great service, great product, great business. DO IT!

This business is amazing. I texted them to get an estimate on delivery time to my hotel for a small order of wine and they responded within two minutes. Delivery took only about 20 minutes and they showed up at the door with the bottles cold and an e-​signature (after taking/​checking my ID, of course).
Will definitely use them again next time I’m in Austin for delivery wine options when I can’t get away from work in the evenings.

100 stars! I called this morning from Virginia, completely on a limb. My bestie’s husband had just returned from Afghanistan and they were arriving in Austin for a few days vacation, and I wanted to have a couple of bottles waiting in the hotel room. The hotel actually recommended Smitty’s, and thank goodness they did! Just terrific service… way above and beyond. The bottles were delivered early, the champagne was put on ice… I cannot thank you, or recommend you enough!

We called Mando at Smitty’s for our son’s wedding reception. Service was fantastic, ON TIME, to the minute, and he bent over backward to get the beer and ice set up how we wanted it for the reception. If there was a 6 Star rating, I would give it.

I can’t tell you how awesome Mondo and John are — love love love these guys! How can you not love someone that delivers kegs of beer to the 16th floor, hooks it up, and makes sure there’s a foamless pour. They’re always on time and even take the empty keg with them. Plus they’re fast!
If you’re in bind or looking for the best keg delivery service in town, call Smitty’s. They have your domestic AND craft beers. They’re very friendly and go the extra mile. I highly recommend them.

unreal service. my sis literally just moved from NYC to Austin today. not wanting her to tolerate an empty fridge and no welcome beer, called up Smittys to have them deliver snacks, beer, wine and champagne. Within 30 minutes, my sweltering sister had some cold beer not only for herself, but to bribe the movers too! Strong work Smittys.
