It took me reaching out four times over three months to get a response. Someone finally called back and it appears I’ve fallen back into the communications «black hole» again. Terribly unprofessional and disorganized. Steer clear!!!

Very unorganized… after playing phone/​email tag with them, they sent a very young guy out to view our house. He spoke big, but not very professional. Then almost two months later the owner called and spoke as if this was the first time they had returned our call. Said he needed to schedule an appointment to view the house and I needed to look over their paperwork (had already had this exact same conversations with the first guy).
Unlike the previous reviewer, I’m taking care of this months in advance of ACL and still had the same experience.
I let the owner know that I felt like the first 2 hours of my time, with the first guy, was a waste of my work day.
I believe they have potential after they get organized and humbled.

Maybe I just had a bad experience because it was close to SXSW and they didn’t want my business but these people were pretty awful. I called, emailed, called, emailed and called again many, many times in an attempt to get our house listed with them for SXSW. I submitted pictures, as requested, and was told repeatedly that someone would get back to me soon. I asked if they were too busy to take any more submissions and said I was happy to choose another company if so, but they assured me that they were not too busy. In the end I never got past the front dest guy, who was apologetic but continued to be unable to get anyone to call me back. I wasted hours on these people. That is no way to run a business.
