When we first used Anna Lee of Tate Properties, we were selling our two-​bedroom condo rental property in Tarrytown and she was new to the real estate profession. She proved to be reliable, pragmatic, and realistic in regards to the asking price of our home. She’s also a very quick study, and, as a result, we sold our home in no time. A few years later we decided to use her again to sell our four-​bedroom home in NW Hills. We were delighted to see that in just a few short years Anna went from being new in the field to the top of her field (she is an Elite 25 member, among other accolades). When I asked her how she accomplished this in such a short amount of time, she simply said, «Hard work».
That embodies everything there is to know about Anna Lee: she works hard. She has a method for selling homes that has proven to be very successful (side bar: as a client, this method is only successful if you listen to and take her advice). A native Austinite, Anna has a keen understanding of Austin real estate and is very well-​connected. She is tenacious, driven, ethical, and 100% an advocate for her client. We had a *very* difficult house to sell and Anna took the challenge with great confidence. Using her formula, our home was under contract within a few days and, I’m delighted to say, we sold it at a price far above what we expected.
I would be doing Anna a disservice if I didn’t mention how intelligent and forward-​thinking she is. During the option period she was right there by our side working through the buyer’s list of requested repairs, calling various departments within the City of Austin (not fun!) and working closely with the title and lending companies to ensure a smooth closing.
I cannot recommend Anna highly enough. We will definitely be using her again!
